Domenica all'insegna del relax. Pacchetto piscina più pranzo. Tutto perfetto, a partire dal parcheggio auto sotterraneo, macchina al fresco, piscina tranquilla e pulita, ristorazione presso la struttura sale e pepe ottima. Tutto perfetto dal pranzo al servizio. A presto Gran paradiso!

Centro benessere favoloso, con personale professionale di alta qualità..Ci hanno accolti benissimo al nostro arrivo! Dopo una tranquilla spa e sosta nella zona relax le operatrici ci hanno chiamati per il massaggio. Consiglio i massaggi di ERSILIA che è stata davvero molto brava, ha eseguito il massaggio con olio caldo profumato e impacchi di sale ed è stato tutto davvero soddisfacente, al termine mi sono sentito rilassato e rigenerato.Top!

I didn’t enjoy my stay at Hotel Gran Paradiso. At first glance, things seem alright: the lobby looks fine, the lift is modern (though quite slow), and when you arrive on your floor the corridor looks bright, with wooden doors and a decent feel. But once you open the door to your room, it’s like stepping into another dimension—everything turns white and clinical, like a hospital, with questionable taste in furniture and decoration. One thing that really bothered me is the overall cheapness. You’re treated like a potential thief: the hangers are fixed to the rail, so you have to struggle to hang your clothes properly—and if you're not tall enough, tough luck. There’s also a huge sign on the back of the door warning you about an alarm system in the towels, which feels completely out of place. Even the towels are tagged, as if the guests can’t be trusted. The water pressure is terrible in both the sink and the shower, clearly a cost-saving measure. The shower head is one of the strangest I’ve seen—it sprays a mix of water and air, creating a loud noise and a weak, coldish flow. It looks like there’s plenty of water, but it takes forever to rinse because there’s barely any real flow. Same with the sink: it takes several seconds just to fill your hands with water. There is a tiny TV mounted on a massive, empty wall—honestly it looks ridiculous and makes you wonder why they even bothered. The air conditioning, heating, and even the fan didn’t work, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The only option was to open the window, but that wasn’t possible either, because the entire building is wrapped in scaffolding and people could be walking right outside your room. The bed covers and duvets felt unwashed and dusty, the bed sheets were old and even torn, and the desk was made of iron—an awful choice, especially when you rest your arms on it and it’s freezing cold. Getting around the hotel is also a nightmare. There are two sets of lifts, one on the left and one on the right of reception. The dining room is only on one side, so if you end up on the wrong lift, you’ll get lost in a labyrinth of corridors. The dining room staff was borderline rude and couldn’t care less. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, and it shows. Breakfast was chaotic: food items were missing, and everything was randomly placed all over the huge dining hall. We also didn’t appreciate the loud disco music booming for hours from one of the nearby dining rooms—there must have been a party going on. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly: I found hairs from the previous guest in the shower, and the toilet seat looked old and stained. Toilet paper was the single-sheet kind you pull one square at a time—again, all in the name of saving. Also, I never saw a hoover in use, which makes me wonder how they’re actually cleaning the rooms. In conclusion, this hotel looks decent from the outside, but the experience inside leaves much to be desired. Feels like a hotel made to host large tourist groups, not to give anyone a pleasant or welcoming stay. I wouldn't go back.

Non conosco l'hotel ma ho avuto il piacere di pranzare nel loro ristorante. Trovato per caso, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, siamo stati serviti con gentilezza e professionalità. Abbiamo poi usufruito del centro benessere, molto curato in ogni dettaglio, un ambiente davvero confortevole, personale attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Under construction, sooo loud with parties for kids. No amenities advertised were available. One employee said the pools open one said it was closed. Breakfast was super basic and mostly cakes. I would wait until the renovations are complete before booking.
