Proposal dinner
Irene was sooo good with the service... Everything was organized and xolorful. The food was delicious. My fiancee had fish (catch of the day) and I had a fillet. We asked for a decoration with flowers and it was really beatiful. We are definitely coming back.

Fantastic garden setting
Hotel was very central and easy walking distance to Rome’s most iconic sites. Concierge was super helpful with our family plans. Beautiful garden setting at Jardín de Russie with exceptional service! We had dinner once and breakfast there daily. Plenty of shade and cooling fans for July.

Great service by the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Marco, the barman, was a fantastic host, empathic and joyful while working perfectly. The Negroni is great, their secret sauce makes it even better. And you also have a great garden view.

Outstanding service
Always such a treat to return to this gorgeous hotel. The courtyard is spectacular and perfect for chilling after a day of sight seeing or shopping. Great location, only a short stroll to the Spanish steps. The staff are super friendly, especially Mario at Le Jardin at breakfast. We also enjoyed lunch and drinks in the courtyard, it was 39 degrees but it was very comfortable with plenty of shade and large fans with water mist. Concierge were extremely helpful in recommending and booking restaurants. They also recommended a sunset tour which was perfect for passing the city and enjoying Prosecco and nibbles…The rooms are spacious, and sound proof. Defyworth staying at it even for a drink in the courtyard.

Our Roma home! We were welcomed back with the warmth and friendliness that stands this hotel apart. Nothing is ever a problem. A special mention is Mario at breakfast a warm and genuine person but completely professional at all times. Thank you all for our wonderful stay.

An amazing hotel in every way with the team making it memorable
An amazing hotel in a phenomenal setting. The breakfast team are amazing with Mario leading the way. The courtyard is beautiful for drinks - the best in Rome. Our room was spacious and whilst not cheap was great value. The location of the hotel close to Piazza del Popolo. That all being said it was the service that made the stay memorable. The best in Italy by far.

We had very nice time and breakfast. Good place, perfect breakfast . Also mr Mario is the best . He is friendly and professional . Hotel’s garden is like a palace garden. Love it. Even you do not stay at hotel you can visit hotel and have the breakfast

Incredible breakfast
Mario is the best server i have ever had. My breakfast experience was made so much more incredible by his warmth, humor, and italian charm. The hotel is lucky to have such a great team! As an american restaurant owner, I wish I could have such great staff!
