Stayed here for 7 nights( 17/07/2024-24/07/2024) for our honeymoon. Positives: Breakfast was good, some staff were nice, and the hotel shuttle was €15pp per stay which was convenient. Negatives: We arrived here at 3am since getting to the hotel from airport is very difficult. We were not offered anything to drink, immediately got to credit card charges etc. Had us stand for check in for 20 mins plus after a 15 hour flight. No special arrangements for our honeymoon. We had requested months ago for a room with a view but was given one that faces a wall. With a few requests and some complaints, they gave us one with a partial view. You need to book to use the pool and it is limited to two hours. Cocktails are overpriced and mediocre. They offered us free appertifs to make up for the inconvenience, so thank God they were free. Most days there was no complimentary water in the room and when I asked for some I was told to use the one from the fridge ( which is €6 per bottle). These charges were taken off by the receptionist when we informed her. Overall, a bad experience. The level of hospitality we have experienced in other hotels is unmatched. It was a disappointing stay and we would not recommend it.

Hilton Molino Stucky Venice - A Mixed Bag The Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice is a heritage hotel that offers a truly stunning view, particularly from its rooftop bar, which boasts one of the best vistas in the city. The hotel's location is convenient, with an efficient shuttle service that makes it easy to reach from the train station and other major spots in Venice. Each corner of this beautifully restored hotel is tastefully decorated, showcasing the elegance and charm that Venice is known for. As diamond members, we were well taken care of by the attentive and courteous staff, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the temperature control in our room. During peak summer, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving us feeling quite warm and uncomfortable. This issue significantly impacted our overall comfort and is something the hotel needs to address promptly. Despite this inconvenience, the Hilton Molino Stucky remains a beautiful and well-located hotel with excellent service, but improvements in room temperature control are necessary to ensure a consistently pleasant stay.

Didn't realise hotel was on an island and needed a water taxi to get to and from

Location is perfect but more important was the customer service. As a tourist sometimes you need assistance/help with water taxi’s service, excursions ect and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The laundry service is expensive but they do offer one which is a huge plus! I had an allergic reaction and needed medical assistance, the staff called a Dr to my room and he/Dr gave an injection that saved the day! I am a picky traveler and I would definitely recommend this hotel over smaller less equipped boutique hotels in the area.

Honestly not sure why I gave Hilton another try we didn’t have ac was 26.5 degrees in our room. We called and went down over 10 times we weren’t addressed once on issue. They never sent anyone up. Finally got call back and they suggested we have a fan brought up. When I’m spending 400 euros a night for 5 star hotel you would think problem would be addressed move us to another room or check on it something. Room super out dated to covered in scratches and paint chipping walls etc. Tons of other nice places I’m sure in Venice for that price!

Part of our cruise extension. Lovely hotel right on the canal. Room larger than we expected. Shuttle water bus to get you to/from St Mark's Square included in hotel price. Takes a long time for them to "close" your account when you give them your credit card for "extras" even when you don't use/buy anything in the hotel. Told 48 hrs from checkout, which in our case was Tuesday morning and still "pending" on our account Thursday evening.

私はこのホテルに2泊した、そして高級品を盗まれた。私はキャリーケースを開けた状態で外出してしまっていた。部屋を空けている時に清掃員に盗まれたのだ。ヒルトンホテルという良いホテルでなぜこのような目に遭わなければいけないのか。1つはシャネルのバッグ、1つは高級時計の箱(中身があると思って盗まれた)、それとルイヴィトンのお土産のお菓子2つ(中身がアクセサリーと思っていただろう)。これらの物は洋服に包んで隠していたのに、探られて盗まれてしまった。このホテルの清掃員は盗難する人がいる。私は警察に行きました。盗られたと気付いた次の日にホテルに行って話をしたが、警察と連絡が取れるまではすぐに動けないと言われた。必ず清掃員を特定してやる。ここは泊まるべきではないです。本当に危険なホテル。そして場所も良くない。

Great hotel.. clean, great location good price but most of all the Manager MARTINA at the front desk was so helpful, nice and welcoming. Her customer service was outstanding! She made our stay even more special.

Very nice hotel, rooms are nice. Location is in another island so it’s a little out of the way but we used their free water taxi shuttle a lot and that made it a lot easier. They have a free water taxi to murano glass factory too.

Un bel hôtel, grand et spacieux. Un très bon accueil. Des chambres grandes, silencieuses, bien équipées et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié Le seul hic est le restaurant et ses prix : le service n’est pas terrible et les prix sont vraiment trop chers (27 euros pour un club sandwich par ex)

Excellent. The hotel is on the canal the view is beautiful. Very clean, exceptional service.
