Hotel je lijep, nudi vanjski mali parking i parking u garaži gdje ima jako puno mjesta. Doručak je također super, u sobi nam je bilo vruće, klima se nije mogla ugasiti, jastuk je bio malo loš, ali sve u svemu super. Hotel je dobro povezan sa Venecijom pošto autobus dolazi odmah pored hotela, te je autobusnu kartu moguće kupiti na recepciji.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel until the last part of our trip when we began noticing that items from our room were missing. On Friday, 11/08/25, we realized that a small bag containing only our receipts, which had been sitting on the dresser by the mirror, was gone. Since it was only receipts, we did not think much of it at the time.
The next day, Saturday, 11/09/25, the jewelry and gifts we had purchased in Murano also went missing. These included a thank you gift for my sister (red Murano glass earrings), a bracelet and earrings for our daughter, and a Murano glass bottle opener. All of the items were kept together in their jewelry boxes in a plastic bag on the dresser in front of the mirror. Altogether, the value was about €80.
We discovered the items were missing on Sunday while packing and doing laundry and immediately reported it to the front desk on 11/09/25. We were told that both the front desk manager and general manager were off that day. Staff said they spoke with the cleaner assigned to our room, who denied taking anything. Since there are no cameras inside rooms, there was unfortunately no way for us or the hotel to verify what happened.
When we checked out on Monday, 11/10/25, we spoke with the front desk manager. He was polite, apologetic, and tried to help. He refunded us $10 for the laundry coins we had purchased, but that did not come close to the value of the missing items. He suggested that perhaps the items had been mixed in with the blankets and thrown away accidentally, but we explained that everything had been sitting on the dresser, not in the bedding, and the items were heavy and in boxes.
After returning home, I waited about a month to see if management would follow up or offer any additional resolution, but I never heard back. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this was very disheartening, especially because we traveled to Venice for our wedding anniversary and had an otherwise wonderful stay. Unfortunately, this situation left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a perfect trip.

Had a cancellation of 5 days in advance which i did not notice. For an airport hotel and a frequent traveller i thought they would partially give reduction on the 100 % canceallation fee

Absolutely perfect
I stayed here years ago for a pre-cruise night in summer and had good memories. Booked it now for 2 weeks for business meetings in Mestre and have to say, it became even better. Honestly, i payed 3 times the price for worae places in Venice. The hotel is modern and cosy. Rooms are spotless clean, bedding heavenly, shower great. Welcome was warm and friendly, the bar is great and also here, service perfect. In summer we used the pool, which is a great treat. Now the hotel offers a very nice Spa. There is a bus station directly outside the hotel with a 15 minutes service to Piazzale Roma. To downtown Mestre, which is really nice we took a 10 minutes taxi ride. A really great hotel, ideal for business travellers but also for tourists avoiding the rip-off in Venice and staying a little bit more relaxed and silent. Parking also right in front and below the hotel.

Siliva, Manuel, Llyod, Nicola and the manager, Johnny. We got ripped off from my Uber to the hotel that was 5 miles away. They charged us US$52. The hotel provides a shuttle that takes you back to the airport for €20 per room.
5 or 19 is the bus that you need to take to Venice. We got it right outside the hotel but on the way back they didn’t stop at our location so we had to walk back almost a mile, lol. The rooms are nice and big that comes with a very small TV but it’s OK cause we never even turned it on. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The pool looked amazing. The breakfast was good and the bartenders at the bar were fabulous.

Great location with great bartenders

It’s a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are a bit snug, but nice. Save your money on breakfast…sadly the worst tasting breakfast in my travels all over Europe. Location is good. Bus stop out front for quick access to the airport, trains, and city.
