For me negative experience I went with three 12-year-old girls for a day at the pool. I called 2 days before to book full day, I was confirmed. On arrival I told the boy I wanted to pay for the whole day. He gave me a price and we went in. At 2 pm the lifeguard approached me to signal that we had to leave, having paid half. I specified that both in the phone call and at the entrance I had said whole day. He invited me to go to the register, which of course I did without problems. Mistakes can happen. We're not foolproof. I asked to be able to pay supplement to cover the day, no problem. Admission half costs 9 adult and 5 child. Full admission costs 16 adult and 9 child. If I book and say twice "whole day" and you charge me half at least you apologize because it can happen to make mistakes and you charge me the difference to cover the 16, considering that I had already paid 9, the same for the girls you charge me the difference from the 5, already paid, to get to 9. There's no way you're charging me nine adults and five, like I'm taking a new half-day. It's a few euros but it's the beginning, that is, you just feel robbed and made fun of. So instead of 43 I paid 48. For their mistake It was also my fault that I didn't do sums and subtractions at the time of the first payment, I just paid the total and went in. It will not happen again, and certainly not in this structure that has problems anyway. I don't quite understand why they make reservations as if arrived at a tot you can no longer enter, I don't think so because there were so many people. As normal, the kids used to play, and we'd miss them. I'm a mom, too. But here maybe it would be appropriate to prohibit playing ball or with guns that spray, since you are not alone and you are not at sea. You play as normal and fair as you do but with respect for others. I point out the danger of umbrellas that fell on me 2 times while I was lying down, blocked by me on the fly but if I had not been ready, after seeing it tilt all the time, we could get hurt. The one next to me fell on a mom with a baby a few months old, another big danger. Luckily, Dad Locked him out. The third and last time it fell on me luckily I'd just got up to leave, one of the rods lodged in the deck chair I'd just got up from. Let's say that the bases are too small to hold and are fine only and exclusively in total lack of wind. In the morning, 9.30 a.m. the toilets were clean, but already at 11 a.m. not anymore. At 3pm there was urine everywhere on the tablets and on the ground, in which it was also mixed with paper. Really bad cleaning, with all those people and 'obvious and necessary to provide a toilet cleaning service, especially because there are many children. We witnessed the theft of an object resulting in the wrath of the ladies whose son had been stolen, with discussion between them, the mother of the child who had taken it and the lifeguard. The same child after a while had something on her wrist that my daughter could no longer find, it was evident it was hers. I let it slide. Now I read the review of a lady who had an expensive swimsuit stolen from the deckchair... here's the same thing, objects left under the umbrella that disappear. In the end it doesn't matter the monetary value of what disappears, but it's clear that you can't leave the deckchair quiet and not all at once, one must always stay and take turns. Like the worst free beach. For us negative experience, shame because the pool is nice and well maintained. For the rest and 'a no, especially wanting to take advantage of the guest at any cost without providing a service in return

Poor organisation We had booked for a couple text and arrived 30 minutes later than the appointment. I recognize that it was our fault for being late and for that we apologized but the Response was that we had been removed from the list. We would have expected a call to warn us, especially coming from far away. They replied that they did not have our phone number and that is not true. When Reservation over the phone was asked and we said it and also we had also spoken on whatsapp so the number was there. Everything was full so the massage was not done. We recognize that it was us late but it would have been nicer to warn that they would cancel the appointment! We still stopped by the pool for only 1 hour (closes at 19). In the women’s changing room there is only a hairdryer😅 Since there were 4 women at that time we also had to queue to dry the hair ... whatever. I don't think I'll be back because of poor organization

Siamo stati invitati ad una conferenza tenutasi qui, non mi esprimo per le camere non avendone usufruito, ma la cucina ed il servizio sono molto buoni il posto è anche pulito e con un bel spazio di verde, posto consigliato e lontano dalle classiche zone frequentate.

Weekend with the family Great hotel, clean is staff always with a smile and very welcoming, outdoor pool... well what about just great equipped with a lifeguard very attentive to its bathers... very nice spa, restaurant with dishes always delicious and different, good indoor pool
