DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was told by the owner I was blackmailing her due to multipul issues... flooding issues with the shower, which covered everywhere in the room, after a couple hours of waiting, the owner sent the employed cleaner to try and fix her mistake and then accidentally sprayed my clothes and suitcase & tv area with the portable shower head. Extremely frustrated, she told us we would get a discount for so much inconvenience... We contacted the owner in regards to a few more issues with our room,She wanted photos supplied which we did. Then finally after hours of waiting for this flooding issue to be looked at, we wanted to check out the sauna, first the owner said we needed to book prior but then again not written anywhere for additional charges, she required an additional 70euro each 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ the room was dusty, including glasses, the noise from the train was horrific all night (even with earplugs) But the worst experience was the owner. She is a ******** ****** ** g. She has terrible communication, unprofessional, pretends not to speak English & purely takes advantage of tourists and guests.. THE OWNER IS A DISGRACEFUL HUMAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SO CALLED "BUISNESS"

Online checkin system unfriendly and poor drainage system.

Amazing, beautiful and easy walking to famous attractions. The bed was so comfortable and large, shower was the best so for in Italy. Check in was simple and hosts friendly and helpful. January 2025

Well-located with modern and clean rooms. However, I had major noise issues (a constant low-frequency vibration) in both rooms I have staid in. Only getting ear plugs made it possible for me to sleep. I would not recommend Florence Luxury Suites.

The room was neat and clean. Small in size so it is very good for short stay with minimal luggage. The area is quiet, close to the main landmarks in the city and very close to the train station which is very convenient for train travelers.

No se responsabilizan de si su habitación (en subsuelo y con baño externo) la comparten terceros que ofrecen servicios de contratación de hoteles y ofrecen habitaciones del hotel, sin la información completa. No tenes a nadie de recepción y es un caos ingresar

Better think twice before booking. The location is behind the train station, you can hear the tram in the room, there is no possibility to even unload the car. The bathroom is not in the best conditions and the only furniture in the room is a bed, a small chair and a cupboard. A second chair or even a bed table would be nice. The landlord has no interested in helping you out with any concern and there is no one who welcomes you.

From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly proactive, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property. Communication was excellent, with the host always being responsive and helpful. The room itself was charming and cozy, with outstanding water pressure in the shower. The location couldn't have been better—just a five-minute walk to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and only 10-15 minutes to the city center. Housekeeping was thorough, ensuring the room was cleaned daily. The neighborhood was quiet at night, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. If you prefer a hands-on host experience for check-ins, this might not be the best fit for you. However, if you're an independent traveler who values self-sufficiency, this place is perfect. There were no significant drawbacks, and I would happily stay here again. The photos online accurately represent the property.
