Tres belle decouverte sur Rome apres une visite de 2 jours. Detente a El SPA. Personnel aux petits soins avec un accueil chaleureux et un massage en couple parfait. Roxana a la gestion super efficace et tres aimable. Merci

Ogni tanto adoro regalarmi una coccola in questo angolo di paradiso a Prati. Ambienti curati, puliti e suggestivi. Personale cortese e attento alle tue esigenze. Non devi portare nulla: loro ti forniscono slip monouso, accappatoio e ciabattine. (ovviamente nel caso di un percorso in vasca occorre portarsi il costume) Consiglio il massaggio circolatorio e di provare un percorso benessere di coppia, magari come regalo! Sarebbe sicuramente apprezzato. Azzardo un suggerimento: un'app per le prenotazioni?

I had the full body scrub when I was last in Rome and I have never forgotten it. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I can't recommend this spa highly enough and can't wait to go back.

Staff were really lovely and very helpful during the booking process. The relaxation area is shared so we were sat with other couples for a few minutes but other than that it was very relaxing and calming. It’s quite small and more of a bohemian style spa as opposed to something super modern, so if that’s your thing then it’s a good shout!

Was visiting from out of town and had one day left. I needed a relaxing afternoon and this was the perfect place. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I walked in mid day and made an appointment for later that afternoon.

Purtroppo esperienza totalmente negativa, arrivato in struttura con 15 minuti di ritardo, lo spogliatoio non era disponibile e volevano togliere pacchetti prima dicendo che era un problema con le altre prenotazioni, poi che il loro personale non poteva fermarsi, alla fine dopo 15 minuti sono andato via, preciso che lo spogliatoio non era disponibile quindi tranne se non iniziavo vestito, non saprei come avrei potuto essere puntuale. Professionalità inesistente, struttura comunque molto piccola e sinceramente sconsigliata a chi vuole godersi una giornata di relax. Prezzi molto alti per il tipo di offerte proposte.

È stata un'esperienza sensoriale fantastica. Ringrazio vivamente tutto il team di Elspa specialmente Federica. Mi ha fatto sentire accolto e mi ha guidato durante tutti i percorsi. Ho fatto 2 percorsi in totale durante la mia visita a Roma e sono uscito dalla spa rilassato e coccolato. Ci tornerò.

Posto molto bello, personale preparatissimo

We spent our first day in Rome in the Spa. We opted for the couples Hamam experience followed by a 1 hour massage. In hindsight, it probably was better to keep this experience for the end of the trip; but seeing as we were there for the New Year’s weekend, and flying out on the 1st, we didn’t have any other option. The Hamam started with us laying down in a VERY warm and steamy room (wonderful during the Winter) after which we were scrubbed down and all the dead skin was exfoliated from our bodies. A bit different from previous spa experiences, but I don’t complain. Whatever they wash your hair with is amazing. My hair was so soft after. 🤩😍 The massage after was relaxing. Unfortunately we did not get to massage in the same room (and I forgot to even ask if that is a possibility); but I don’t think that would’ve made much of a difference anyway because I promptly fell asleep during the massage. The price matches what we’ve paid in other spas in other countries, so I do recommend the visit. What I liked about this spa - and what made us stand out from other experiences - is that they offered us 3 different types of oils for massage. Fair warning: one of them is a citrus oil and I recommend doing a patch test on your thin skin (inner arm, or neck). Being from the cosmetic industry, I completely forgot and realised during the massage that I am sensitive to the oil. It wasn’t dangerous, I was just itchy and only in the thin parts of my skin. PLEASE NOTE: I am not complaining nor am I accusing the establishment of negligence. Just be careful and be sure to test the oils before choosing one; ESPECIALLY if you choose to do the massage after Hamam (all your dead skin is scrubbed off and your pores are open from the steam). A wonderful experience all in all.

Highly recommended spa in a strategic location (Cola Di Renzo). I attended with my mother and daughter and we were all pleased with the quality of the service received. Many thanks to Simona and the staff at El Spa. We will definitely see you again on our next trip from Australia 🇦🇺

Ho scelto di regalare un percorso benessere a mio marito per il nostro anniversario e grazie a Simona e al suo staff abbiamo vissuto un pomeriggio indimenticabile. El Spa è davvero intima, assolutamente silenziosa e non dispersiva (ho adorato le vasche di El ad esempio!!!). Gli ambienti curati, il personale gentile e professionale: ogni dettaglio è pensato per farti sentire coccolato e a tuo agio, dal vassoio galleggiante, alla scelta dell’operatore (uomo o donna) per il massaggio. Un ringraziamento particolare a Simona: oltre ad avermi seguita passo passo nella scelta del percorso più adatto a noi e aver risposto pazientemente a tutte le mie domande, ha fatto in modo che potessi godermi un momento di vero relax senza essere penalizzata dalle mie numerose allergie. Alla prossima!!!
