At Caschera SPA we aim to provide only the best quality service to each guest and we were disappointed to know that the massage was not up to your expectation. You forgot to mention that the package at €130,00 includes the deep tissue massage and one hour SPA access with invigorating pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, emotional showers with cromotherapy, finnish shower, and Himalayan salt room and each guest is provided with wellness kit including robe, slippers and towel. We want to take this opportunity to inform you that our massages are professional wellness massages and, particularly, deep tissue massage aims to loosen muscles by bringing relief and well-being.
