Perfect weekend in Rome Stayed here for a family weekend away. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and through our stay. Hotel has a lovely traditional atmosphere and decor. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Restaurant was great, we arrived late on a Friday evening and even though the restaurant was closing they were very accommodating and stayed open to feed us. We had a perfect weekend in Rome and the hotel made it especially memorable. Many thanks for looking after us.

Siempre la bella Roma se complementa con un buen hotel. Excelente hotel muy atentos los de; Recepción, Concierge y Camaristas. Desayuno muy variado Muy buena ubicación y taxis en la puerta Excelente habitación con terraza y muy amplia. Concierge buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y actividades.

Theft at the hotel We stayed at the hotel for one night from July 8th to 9th. We checked into the hotel late in the evening. I hung things in the closet to wear in the morning: the jacket I came in, a new Max Mara pantsuit, and a denim jacket. In the morning we had to leave our suitcases in the hotel storage room and go to the Vatican for a whole day on an excursion. After the excursion, we picked up our suitcases and went to the airport. When the suitcases were weighed at check-in, it turned out that they weighed 3-4 kg less than before. I thought it was strange. maybe I forgot something. When we arrived in Seville from Rome late in the evening, I discovered that the suitcase was missing things that I had forgotten in the closet. I realized that I left it in the hotel closet and forgot to look there. I wrote to the hotel and called three times that I forgot my things. The administration said that there were no items. This is a complete lie, since I never opened my suitcases anywhere else. The suitcases were in the hotel warehouse all day, and they could have given me my things upon departure. The attitude of the hotel administration is simply surprising and indignant, since they cover up the theft of staff. Even a letter to the general director had no effect. I will never come to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone unless you want your things to be stolen. This spoils the idea of ​​people and the country!!!

Thank you Baglioni Hotel Regina - Rome The great place from which to explore Rome Friendly staff all throughout the stay, special thanks to Miss Olga. Very comfortable and clean room with a beautiful terrace. Plenty of electric sockets to charge devices and work with my laptop. Excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Fantastic breakfasts, we loved the harpest playing in the morning also. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. We will certainly be back.

If going to Rome again, would choose another hotel Hotel staff was pleasant, particularly Andrea at front desk, but would choose another hotel if returning to Rome. The hotel is dated. The room was very far from lobby and halls had old carpet and felt musty - almost seems like you were walking the halls of an old cruise ship. Although the family suite was nice-sized, the room and furniture was also dated. Hotel and rooms could definitely use an update. Also, the room was on second floor and there are clubs (believe strip clubs) nearby and could literally hear the bass from the music at the club reverberating throughout our room all night. On our last night (which we had to get up early to go to airport), the music kept us up all night. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed in the quality of the room and noise from club. Also, although directly in front if US Embassy and generally nice area, would choose a location closer to Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. We needed an Uber/Taxi to start most of our days and then able to walk the sites and shopping.

Too bad , time to find a different hotel in Rome ! Too bad . Since the hotel has new owners , they have become totally unresponsive to loyal customers . I have been staying at the hotel for years and requested multiple times to make a reservation but they do not even have the courtesy to answer my emails . There are many other great choices in Rome. It is time to move on and stay elsewhere . So sad to see this change . Good bye , Baglioni Rome.

Soggiorno a cinque stelle ⭐️ Siamo stati per due notti questa settimana. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso. Le camere sono molto pulite e ben arredate, ma ciò che rende questo hotel così speciale sono le persone che ci lavorano. Sono stati tutti molto gentili e hanno fatto di tutto per accogliere noi e le esigenze della nostra famiglia. La nostra camera era accessibile ai disabili e in generale, abbiamo trovato l'hotel molto facile da navigare con una sedia a rotelle. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico! !

Best hotel and location in Rome. This was our second visit to this fabulous hotel in two years. We were just as pleased this time. The hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The amenities provided were greatly appreciated. The breakfast was spectacular including the harpist providing relaxing music for us. The staff, from the bellmen, room attendant, concierge, front desk were all friendly and eager to help. We especially enjoyed Maximilliano at the Brunello restaurant who made certain our dinner was perfectly prepared and served. When we return to Rome, we will return to the Baglioni Regina.

A peaceful beautiful osis in the middle of Rome From check in to the room and bathroom quality, to the staff friendliness, it was a great experience to be in this beautiful hotel, steps away from so many sights. This was the perfect place to stay and cool down in between walks and visits. Definitely a place I would go back to when next in Rome!

Hotel for the discerning traveler Elegantly appointed hotel with attentive and responsive staff located across from the American Embassy Cafes and restaurants are within short walking distances Rarely do you find such a gem Touring Rome and then returning to this lovely oasis is just perfect Sadly this is not hotel for those on a budget

La Dolce Vita. I have stayed at the Baglioni Regina, Rome, twice now. My experience of this hotel and the staff has been first class. Nothing was any bother for the staff and they went to great lengths to make sure my stay was as rewarding as possible. I will be booking another stay at this hotel very soon. I highly recommend it for solo guests or couples. The food in the restaurant is exceptional as is the breakfast fare. The bar has a great selection of malt whisky. Both my stays have been very relaxing.

Baglioni Hotel Regina - Awesome Hotel, Great Staff, and Great Location Baglioni Hotel is in a fantastic location in Rome, minutes from major sites such as the Spanish Steps and Pantheon. The staff at the hotel, including Sandro and the Concierge team were awesome in arranging everything for my family, from transport to the port of Rome, to the airport, and arranging an awesome Vatican private tour. We had an awesome family room of 2 connecting rooms which was great for my family of 5. Not too many hotels in Rome can accomodate a family of 5 like Baglioni did for us. Their breakfast buffet is awesome as well, in a great room that makes you feel like you are in the renaissance of Rome. We stayed at Baglioni before and after a mediterranean cruise, and all the staff remembered us, and treated us incredibly well. We truly had an awesome time here, the rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very nice. We will definitely come back here, if we are in Rome again.

Non all’altezza del prezzo Un hotel che immaginavo diverso. Perché per il prezzo che si paga, non è sicuramente all’altezza. Una stanza vecchiotta, con ancora la moquette a terra, bagno con incrostazioni e pavimento lesionato, a cui si accede mediante uno scomodissimo gradino che soprattutto di notte e’ alquanto pericoloso. Non è insonorizzato per cui dalla strada si sente qualsiasi rumore. Terribile vedere, nella sala dove la mattina preparano le colazioni, la gente che nel pomeriggio precedente dorme sui divani con i piedi nudi, ma nemmeno in una pensione di terz’ordine. Colazione senza nulla di eccezionale, solite cose preconfezionate. Ribadisco, per quando si paga non ne va le la pena.
