Cudowne i czarujące miejsce, obsługa miła i pomocna, pokoje niewielkie, ale wygodne, nowocześnie wykończone z ekspresem kapsułkowym. Niesamowite serwowane śniadania, z lokalnymi smakołykami, które długo się wspomina. Restauracja sama w sobie czarująca, piękne meble wewnątrz, dostępny taras w niewielkim jednak uroczym ogrodzie. Jedyne co mnie zawiodło to “spa” witające odpychającym zapachem wilgoci, dwie czy trzy sauny, z czego jedna nieczynna, stare “basen-jacuzzi”, miła strefa relaksu. Lokalizacja przy samej stacji vaporetto. Nieopodal sporo włoskich knajpek i kawiarni.

One of my worst experiences in any hotel I ever tried, the AC is super bad that no one even care to fix it. They just told me its an old hotel what can we do!!!! We fix the damn AC!!!. Does not deserve a single Star . I don’t know for what its rated a 5 start hotel !?!. Glad that I only booked for one night.

Solo aperitivo. Terrazza a piano terra gradevole. Infastiditi dai piccioni che beccano salatini e quant'altro. Servizio sufficente. Solo il prezzo da 5 stelle

Lovely surroundings but was given a frozen solid cheesecake

Apart from the glass door to the bathroom and the flashing lights on the ceiling, the room was lovely Could do with an option for soft pillows as they are very hard (Take a soft one with you if that's your preference). Staff lovely and the breakfast was amazing Well situated Hotel

Prachtig hotel. Hele vriendelijke medewerkers. Wel eeg aan de prijs maar voor ons doel goed te doen. Centraal gelegen op het eiland Ludo vlak voor de oude stad Venetië. Goede busboot verbinding.
