Oggi sono stata alla Spa per un trattamento “Energia Primaverile”. Tutto molto confortevole, reception impeccable, operatrice molto valida, accesso alla relaxation area per l’ora successiva. Devo segnalare il perché delle 4 stelle: innanzitutto durante il trattamento non ho avuto nessuna spiegazione dall’operatrice circa quello che sarebbe stato fatto così come sui prodotti utilizzati. Inoltre nella relaxation area mi sarei aspettata un servizio diverso: presenza di acqua, tisane e frutta (mele, arance): forse poteva essere disponibile della frutta fresca tagliata, della frutta secca … qualcosa in più insomma.

Worst experience ever. Worst value for money SPA I've ever seen. Therapist was not pleasant and rushing throughout so it was not even relaxing. Massage was nothing special. I was late 10 mins, which I notified them but my massage lasted only 30mins and they requested I pay the full amount. I had to argue for them to consider in 20eur discount which was nothing, I would rather have had my full 60mins massage. Was supposed to be energizing and revitalizing but it was so plain, with some random oil. so I had to ask the therapist to increase the pressure so I could feel anything. She didnt even take the time at the beginning to explain the massage etc. Anyway worst experience. I was very upset.

Con mia moglie abbiamo prenotato la SPA ed un massaggio viso/corpo. Accoglienza all'altezza del luogo, la SPA bella e funzionale... apprezzabile la mancanza di orologi e l'attenzione del personale di avvisarti al termine del tempo stabilito. Eccellente l'esperienza dei massaggi. Abbiamo fatto il massaggio nella sala di coppia ed i due massaggiatori sono stati discreti nell'accoglienza e preparazione e molto bravi nel massaggio

esperienza unica di bellezza e cordialita con piscina e terrazza panoramica , massaggi e cabina da 5 stelle direi metterei piu sedute visti gli spazi

Personale molto gentile. Più preparati sulla parte di trattamenti viso e corpo, meno su manicure e pedicure

I have been a customer at Armani Spa since spring this year, mainly for the masaj therapy. The spa’s interior design reflects Armani’s aesthetic philosophy, featuring the minimalist decoration with clean lines, neutral tones and an understated elegance. The space creates an harmonious and inviting atmosphere. While the Armani spa is a heaven of luxury and serenity, the masaj therapy is average. The therapists’ main focus is generally spreading the oil across the body, rather than employing specialised or advanced masaj techniques. It is rather a very basic masaj therapy, it is not at all at the level of Armani’s spa. It is very disappointing

Best massage i’ve had in a very long time. Tiziano è bravo! Great service and very attentive staff. I’m so glad cell phones are not allowed in the common areas of relaxation.
