Dear Karishma, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort & Spa. We regret to understand that your experience has not lived up to your expectations and for this we apologize. We are pleased to know that you have found our new Almablu spa a highlight of your stay. It is wonderful to know that Antonio and Filippo of our staff have helped to make your stay better by satisfying your requests. However, we are deeply sorry to hear that the overall service was inconsistent and that you felt the menu proposal was little varied. We would like to inform you that in addition to the a la carte menu present every evening for dinner, the chef and the kitchen team are available for any further request. As for mosquitoes, unfortunately, it is a problem that depends on the weather, if the rains have caused more moisture attracting mosquitoes, we have already activated the staff that takes care of the pest control to solve the problem as soon as possible. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience with the bathroom of the room, certainly knowing it before we could solve the problem immediately, however we inform you that the maintenance team is already working to understand what happened. We apologize for these inconveniences and will share your feedback with the whole team to prevent it from happening again. We are sorry that you had the feeling that the reception team was rude, it is the first time that we are made this remark since the situation you have described is not in line with our standards, The team is constantly trained and subjected to training courses to offer the best service, we will deepen what is included with the topic to better understand what can be happened. È un piacere sapere che ha apprezzato l'eleganza architettonica della nostra struttura, armoniosamente immersa nella natura circostante, e che sia rimasto allietato dal nostro giardino mediterraneo ricco di fiori, piante rigogliose, fontane, colori vivaci e profumi deliziosi. Siamo felici che abbia avuto modo di rilassarsi provando tutti i nostri servizi di qualità offerti, come la maestosa piscina esterna, o la nuova e raffinata Almablu Spa, con la piscina coperta riscaldata e la moderna palestra. Leggiamo inoltre che ha gradito anche l’offerta gastronomica proposta nei nostri bar, il “Turchinu” con la sua ampia terrazza dalla quale ammirare l’immenso giardino e il “Citrus” a bordo piscina, e presso il ristorante AquaMadre e siamo lieti che tali servizi abbiano contribuito a rendere il suo soggiorno speciale e indimenticabile.
