Exceptional service - great stay! I traveled for business for 20 years almost exclusively at Hilton properties. I'll be the first to admit that sometimes Hiltons don't always top the hotel chains for 5 star, luxurious experiences. I spent months planning a family trip that consisted of my parents (late 70s) all the way down to my daughters (7 and 9). My goals were to find a luxurious hotel stay that included good location and exceptional service. In my experience you sometimes get a mixed review of if Hilton properties deliver in that regard. However, I want to brag on the Aleph Rome Hotel, Curio Collection. They understand service at this hotel property. Starting from the top, the general manager helped make me feel comfortable that this was going to be a great experience and from initial check-in Valeria and Giuseppe were there to make us feel like royalty! They did a fantastic job and it's clear they care about their guests' happiness. Amira in guest relations was always there to check in with us and help us navigate the city and any other personal needs we had. She was great! The breakfast manager (I think his name was Christian) who also had 2 daughters was there to bring out extra pastries, espressos and help us get our day started out properly! The rooms were nice and big, great air conditioning, beautiful lobby bar, fun rooftop restaurant and bar. We had 2 prestige rooms and the Basilio suite (upgraded suite for my family of 4 which was nice of the hotel). We were celebrating a few family milestones (b'day and anniversary), and the hotel went above and beyond in making us feel appreciated. Overall, I'd strongly recommend considering staying in this hotel if you're looking for a luxurious hotel in Rome. If you're a Hilton loyalist, it's icing on the cake to have some of those benefits. Keep up the good work Aleph staff!

Exceptional staff, wonderful services and amenities We had an incredible 3 nights stay here and everything was top-notched. The staff were all friendly and helpful, greeting us every time we walked by. Not to mention they gave us excellent restaurants recommendations and promptly called and made reservations for us. The roof top pool was a godsend. We escaped the mid-day heat in the pool for all 3 days of our stay. It was delightful. Shout out to Ilaria who had gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Just okay I booked this hotel in large part because of the rooftop pool, however I was surprised to see how small it is and I didn’t know they let non-hotel guests use it for a fee. Each time we tried to visit it was much too crowded so we never got to enjoy it. It also closed quite early which was unfortunate for hot evenings. We had a large suite which was nice except for the construction on the building next door which was right behind our room. Overall it was fine but I probably wouldn’t stay again mainly because of the pool situation.

GREAT SERVICE!!! My wife and our celebrated ou 20th anniversary in Rome and we really enjoyed this property. Every single person we encountered had amazing energy and positivity and were quick to offer assistance. The property was clean and well kept. The property sits about two blocks from the hustle and bustle as well as a Metro stop which makes getting around the city very convenient.

5 Wonderful days in Rome A beautiful hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of most attractions in Rome. The staff was absolutely wonderful our entire trip. We stayed in the Basilio suite and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The suite had an extra half bath which was very handy. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visting Rome

Excellent charming and modern hotel in great location. Fantastic experience. Hotel is impeccably clean, modern and charming. Gorgeous rooms and very modern bathrooms. Service is outstanding. Thank you Christian and the entire staff! My husband was ill and they got him a doctor immediately and couldn’t have been nicer. Location is wonderful. Oh did I mention the wonderful beds with duvets? Highly recommend. We used Amex plat and received upgrade to jr suite. Extra thanks for front desk help: especially Andrea Rosella and Mimmo.

Bellissimo hotel e posizione eccellente. Soggiorno eccellente e un bellissimo hotel. Siamo rimasti solo 2 notti ma sono state 2 notti fantastiche. Il personale era estremamente cordiale. Le camere erano molto pulite con finiture e servizi di fascia alta. Posizione assolutamente perfetta. Pochi minuti a piedi da negozi e ristoranti senza tutto il rumore nelle vostre stanze.

Eccellente hotel 5 stelle lusso al centro di Roma Eccellente hotel centralissimo a Roma seppur in una via tranquilla. Servizi ai massimi livelli , onorando il 5 stelle lusso di ranking. Servizi impeccabili. Colazione varia e molto buona. No nprovato.il ristorante. Piscina con annesso pool bar sul roof top bellissimo e rilassante. Spa carina. Lo consiglio vivamente.
