Ha ragione il nostro è un hotel oramai storico, sicuramente la nostra storia dell’ospitalità è davvero lunga e per questo sono particolarmente rammaricata, e mi scuso, se le abbiamo dato l’impressione di essere fiscali avendo un check out alle 12 Ida Poletto - general manager

Peccato non abbia trovato niente di suo gusto nel nostro menù che offre almeno 4 primi e 4 secondi oltre al buffet di dolci e verdure…lieta, piuttosto, abbia apprezzato la sua camera. Mi scuso se le piscine non sono sembrate sempre perfettamente pulite ma il vento e soprattutto i temporali hanno reso davvero difficile tenere in ordine parco e piscine …spero potrà perdonare e magari darci un’altra chance: sarei allora lieta di offrirle un pasto e confrontarmi con lei sulle materie prime e le ricette proposte dalla nostra cruise di 7 cuochi Ida Poletto - general manager

Preis Leistung hat gepasst. Das Hotel ist schon ein bißchen älter. Es war sehr sauber und alle waren freundlich.

Elegante hotel nella prossimità del centro,ampio salone d ingresso che denota antichi fasti.Camera piccola,con un improponibile doccia,x essere un 5 stelle magari ci si aspetta qualcosa di più .Buona e varia la colazione .

Thank you for the excellent score despite having given several trenchant opinions but I would be grateful if you would point out the standards that were not met in order to improve... I am very sorry if you had the feeling that the bathroom was not perfectly clean, I am sorry and I apologize on behalf of the room maids. As I read it I wonder what you mean by age by "elderly" and, conversely, by "young" (and the latter I understand must be without children.), I am a 64 year old grandmother.
