James helped me find a rear differential for my 2011 Subaru forester! The part looked brand new with only 30k miles on a non wrecked vehicle! He also helped out with the price and went down on the price to fit my budget!! That means so much to a brand new mommy that just had a baby and is currently not working. Ordered a part from this company haven't received it now im hiring an attorney and filing deceptive trade charges. This company is a total fraud. Keep saying they are sending out shipping confirmation but won't. Failing to issue a refund but im not the one to fraud. Charges going all the way to my local Sheriff department.

When you later called requesting the tracking information, we informed you that the item had already been shipped and that we would provide the tracking number shortly. However, the call was disconnected immediately afterward. Right after that, we shared the tracking number with you and also attempted to contact you multiple times, but we did not receive any response.
We believe we fulfilled our responsibilities and provided good service from our end.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our warranty terms are fixed and have remained the same for many years, so we cannot make changes once the 90-day period has passed. If you had contacted us within the warranty window—even on the 89th day—we would have been happy to assist you.
After the 90 days are exceeded, we are unable to process warranty claims. However, we are still willing to offer some compensation as a goodwill gesture.
When you called, the call was rudely disconnected before we had the chance to explain the situation clearly. We kindly encourage customers to review the warranty days before placing an order to avoid any misunderstanding.

purchased a used rear differential for my f150. they had exactly what i wanted (3.73 ratio locker).
installed it and slight noise. as i didn’t want to have to pull it out again , i spoke to lisa and she extended the warranty out 6 months for my piece of mind. will be doing business with again!
I felt i was treated fairly.

I’ve been dealing with Premium Used Auto Parts for the past three months, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve been trying to process a simple return for months now, and they’ve given me nothing but the runaround.

I purchased a rear axle assembly three months ago and when I received it, the condition was not up to par. I recently purchased a transmission for my BMW E46. On the plus side it was shipped promptly and was the correct part. It seems to be running well. The issue I have is that they said it had 41,000 miles on it. I decided to purchase it based on the mileage and confirmed it with them. The actual mileage turned out to be over 90,000 miles, twice the mileage they told me. I'm glad my car is running fine for now but didn't get what I paid for.
