Almost a 5. All good at the end of the day. Sort of a 2 way scenario here. A couple of delivery point issues. Ordered used OEM parts with in-person pick up verbally agreed to and was told they would be from a certain vehicle with 51 K miles. Items were delivered by freight and not available when I showed up to pick them up. Items instead were from a non compatible model with 92 K miles (VIN from donation vehicle was on the invoice). Return was made in person to the dismantler and seller notified and full refund was issued within 4 workdays. Lisa was very easy to work with and very responsive via email and actual phone conversations. Will use Premium Used Auto Parts again because of prompt response and refund. Thank you Lisa and Jacob.
