Almost a 5. All good at the end of the day. Sort of a 2 way scenario here. A couple of delivery point issues. Ordered used OEM parts with in-person pick up verbally agreed to and was told they would be from a certain vehicle with 51 K miles. Items were delivered by freight and not available when I showed up to pick them up. Items instead were from a non compatible model with 92 K miles (VIN from donation vehicle was on the invoice). Return was made in person to the dismantler and seller notified and full refund was issued within 4 workdays. Lisa was very easy to work with and very responsive via email and actual phone conversations. Will use Premium Used Auto Parts again because of prompt response and refund. Thank you Lisa and Jacob. They made it right and whole.

Bought a transfer case from them. Took over a month to get tracking info, when it showed up the spline count didn't match, they want to keep 900 dollars for me to return the part. They also tried to steal 2200 dollars from me with a second transaction after the transaction to pay for the part. The process of getting any updates and trying to work out a return is a joke. This company is NOT the company you want to buy your parts from, and if you do buy anything from them, make sure to use credit or an account with fraud protection, as this is not a safe website based on my experience. Thankfully I used a credit card to buy the part and I was able to have the second transaction for 2200 dollars stopped and flagged. They offered an apology for the "mistake" and that was all. 10 of 10 would NOT recommend.

I genuinely want to express positive thoughts about this company. They provided a transmission for a countryman. The mechanic installed it, but it turned out to be a faulty transmission with 43,000 miles on it. I had to remove that transmission. I contacted the company again, and they sent me a replacement transmission. A couple of days later, the new transmission was installed, but now it needs to be taken out again because it is also defective. I’m about to reach out to them to see what they can do to rectify the situation, considering all the money I've spent on installing and removing it multiple times.

The transmission i bought from premium used auto parts have met or exceeded my expectation for my (2005 bmw 325ci m56 ZF5HP19 50k miles). Aside from the basic maintenance of changing out the seals, filter, and drain and fill of new transmission fluid it shifts exceptionally well with the low miles they told me it had came out of. The only thing I would recommend from them is to work on their packaging as I also bought a used engine from them (2011 toyota camry 2.5L 2AR-FE 52k miles) after my experience with the transmission. The engine came intact but they can work on securing the engine better to the crate/pallet as the engine was moving around due to broken wood and straps when I've received it. All and all I've have had really good experience in buying transmission and engine from premium used auto parts and will for sure buy from them agian in the future for all my auto parts needs.

Im so glad I stumbled upon this place! Best thing EVER! I first got a transmission in 5/2025 It was in top shape as I was told. Then by the end of 2/2026 I blew my engine so I called back to Premium Used Auto spoke with Cathy she was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient we made the deal 39,000 miles runs like a 2026 at a very reasonable price the shipping was super fast like 48 hours after I sent the payment. Lisa is also amazing her customer service is impeccable. I am so glad I took a chance on you guys and gal's. First I want to thank James for walking me through everything over the phone, gave me pictures and prove of what I was getting before it got shipped. This is honestly frustrating. You are calling me fake just because I have photos elsewhere online? That doesn’t make sense. Having a presence on multiple platforms is normal. If you are going to question me, then be ready to answer a few things too. Can you prove your business is legitimate? Where are you actually located? Can you show real proof of your operations, your inventory, and the mileage of the engines you sell? Right now, it looks like you are using stock or junkyard images instead of your own. That raises concerns. I have also seen reviews from past customers saying they received parts that didn’t match what was promised, especially on mileage. Some even mentioned being pressured to remove reviews to get refunds. That’s not a good sign. I am not interested in going back and forth. My review will stay unless you can clearly prove your claims and show that your business is genuine. At the end of the day, people are spending serious money here. They deserve transparency, honesty, and real proof—not vague answers. I had to remove my original review because Google limits the character count, and I could not respond properly otherwise. So I replaced it with this updated version. Now, instead of addressing the concerns, you are calling me a fake? That’s not right. Updating or rewriting a review to add clarity doesn’t make someone fake—it means they are trying to be heard. If you have proof to support your claims, share it. Otherwise, stop deflecting and address the actual issues raised. Your BBB status was reportedly revoked due to misleading advertising, yet you are calling me fake? Instead of making accusations, focus on proving your own legitimacy. Can you clearly show your business practices, your actual location, and how you verify the parts you sell? Right now, I am asking for simple transparency. If your business is genuine, it should be easy to back it up with real proof.
