We have had nothing but excellent support, training and guidance from day one with the Premier Management Team Plant visits were very enlightening showcasing their leading technologies. Most important was the synergy between Management, Engineering and the Manufacturing folks. This is the real reason why they produce great castings to a customers specifications and time demands.

In business dealings, Premier Aluminum's team has been responsive, on time, and professional. Management and ownership is well put together and projects progress nicely.
I worked in this company for 18 years and in this time the changes have been for the worse from the general manager and the person in charge of Human Resources. A person who wants to be in everything and decide not to help the workers. In my case if you do not put the two weeks notice. you're missing your vacation. And your last check is used to pay the insurance and you don't get anything. But if they fire you, they pay you for your vacation. and your days How is it possible. If you get to see this Jason, I'm at your service if you like to talk. The company needs a change in the person who is in Human Resources and there were people I met who could give a lot to the company but they don't care.
Horrible place with stupid unorganized people, receiving time 6 am but no one is there till 7 am and they have first come first serve bases but they will unload or load some trucks they know. Hate this place, overnight parking yes, just try to avoid this place

Place is very unorganized. supervisor don't know what their doing shop manager just yells at everyone schedules always change at the last moment nobody communicates. It take it on the employee sometimes even though it's not their fault. Best part of this job it has 3 days off 4 days on or you can work 3 days and have 4 days off 200 attendance bonus and that's pretty much the best part. Not a place that you want to stay at for a long. Stay to get the experience but leave knowing you're going to a better place.
OSHA needs to shut the foundry side down, they bypass the safety sensor's on their machine's just to get parts out and there's so much more but I'm not going to mention all of them
If your local temp service tells you they have a job for you and it's this place run away like hell. I worked here for 4 months and this was the worst place to ever work . I've seen so many people quit or get fired . I have never seen any ex workers of here say anything good about this place mostly everyone hated it here. That why the temp agency always has opening to go to this hell hole. The lady in HR loves to get people in trouble . It's like she gets off on making people miserable and writing then up for clocking in 30 sec to early . You can ask any former workers they will all tell you the same about this place

Dear Brian Wolf. I am sorry to hear that you feel the way you do. My name is Jason Dannenberg, President of Premier Aluminum. The foundry industry is difficult work, no one would disagree with that. I appreciate your concerns and will investigate your comments internally. It is not a fair statement to say that you would get written up for clocking in 30 seconds early. The policy is "no more than 7 minutes before the start of your shift". This is important because of the laws placed on businesses for payroll.
