My house was hit by the tornado April 2nd 2025. Premier was at my house early the next morning wanting my business. I was told 2 months possibly three tops to get my house repaired. I was in a hotel for 8 months. Once I signed a contract they had a crew to tarp off my house immediately. Then they left to do other work and I didn't see them at my house for quite some time. AFTER I complained one or two crew members would show up and work for a day. Once a week I would make phone calls to complain trying to get somebody at my house to work. I eventually started calling one of the owners. I was later given the excuse an employee had quit. This went on for 8 months. I feel like because they had me contractually committed they went off to get other work and do other homes even though I was displaced from mine. The workmanship was not good constantly calling them back to fix their own mistakes. This concerned me with what was Behind the Walls that I could not see. I contacted Premier Restoration asking Nick about an inspection and he told me there was NOT one needed. Near the end I contacted the County building inspectors. They informed me that there was supposed to be two inspections on my house. One at the beginning a rough-in and one at the end of building. Premier did not call the inspectors for either inspection! The inspector's office contacted Premier to find out why they thought they did not need an inspection. 15 minutes later the building inspectors office called me back telling me that Premiere asked them to push the inspection out one week...The inspectors office set the inspection up for the very next morning at 10:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. PREMIER RESTORATION WAS KNOCKING ON MY FRONT DOOR wanting to get into my attic to put in Hurricane / tornado straps (before the inspector showed up at 10:00) these apparently hold the roof to the walls to the foundation. I understand that these have to be put in every house in Indiana. Premier Restoration had failed to put Hurricane straps into a house that had been blown down by a tornado! My belief is if I had not contacted the building inspectors office those hurricane straps would not be in my house today. I would NOT recommend Premier Restoration.
From the time I first contacted them, it took over two months to resolve our issue, even though it should have been a 2–3 day job at most. The first technician they sent ended up ghosting us, which caused significant delays. The second technician was much more professional, but his team still took longer than expected due to some unfortunate personal issues. That said, the work was ultimately completed and the price was fair. I would likely reach out again if I have another issue. David Battle is who I would recommend to request if you reach out to this company. He is very professional and communicative.
Jason and his team are amazing! So incredibly personable and hard working. They will bend over backwards to help their customers. Jason has saved my butt time and time again. I will never recommend a company as much as I recommend them!
Coming back because I called them AGAIN! Joe came out to check out my attic. He was very thorough, showed me pictures, explained my options, and quickly sent me a quote. This company is incredibly helpful and resourceful.
Sometimes they require some patience, but they are looking out for their customers' best interests. If you have to wait, it's because they focus on prioritizing their projects by urgency. They work hard and I will be loyal!

Just got my roof done this morning and it looks great. I worked with David Battle and he was on top of everything and always kept me informed. He worked with my insurance company and took care of everything start to finish. The crew was fast and efficient. They came in and moved and tarped everything and when they got done, put everything back and cleaned up almost like they hadn’t even been there. I would definitely recommend this company and especially David.
