These guys really care, and it shows. We were having sump troubles, and the Preferred Plumbing crew was over quickly, with a full team. They spent an hour and a half just surveying the problem(s) and giving us a variety of options, answering the dozens of questions we asked without any sign of impatience and when we made our choice, they got to work immediately, and kept working until they'd finished the job at 9:30pm.
The entire time, the whole team was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Everyone from the most junior to most senior person on the crew was had a good attitude, and made me feel valued and respected as a customer.
Are they the cheapest option out there? No. But I'd hire them again in an instant, and not feel bad about it. You pay for what you get, and what you get with Preferred is top notch service.

Have used Preferred plumbing many times at our house and our daughter’s house. They are very good and professional. Never had any issues with their work. They are pricey but very good

Top class service, extremely professional and knowledgable. PPS help us resolve a query about the origin of a leak coming from our laundry room - they even hung around to show the building management! I would recommend them every time!

Here's my honest opinion on this company after a few years on their work. I'm not impressed. They charge an arm and a leg and you're essentially paying for them to teach young apprentices to learn at your expense. I noticed after the fact that they removed a leaky shutoff valve and didn't replace it in the same place and now I find myself in a spot where I have to add it back where it was originally. I didn't notice because at the time I just bought the house and happen to have a photo. I used another company to fix their work. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They also sold me a product that I was stupid enough to buy. No company should do that; I feel the overall experience wasn't great and the work is sub-par. You'll have issues with the quality of their work. Save your money and find an affordable plumber, they do exist.

Worst plumbing service ever, don't even call them, they are so unskilled and unprofessional.
The snake they used for our house was 50' snake and 1/4" and they charged more than a $1000 just for snaking and finally he couldn't open the clogged pipe.
I wish I could gave them 0.

Worst experience ever, this company business profile is fake with so many faked 5 stars review.
Stay away from them , they sent a technician to my house but he was clueless and so ignorant about our drain blockage.
They charged us 90$ for only assesment and the assement he provided was the drain is blocked, seriously!!!
Then he wanted over $2300 for just snaking.
Don't even call them
They technician is not knowledgeable and are not skilled at all, completely rookie

When I moved into my midtown condo, the shower was the standard, new condo shower. It was functional but mounted very high and the water pressure was mediocre. I called Preferred Plumbing Solutions to install a new shower and I got an appointment that worked with my schedule. On the day of the appointment, the team showed up, did the estimate and were ready to complete the work that same day. When I got home from work, there was a gleaming, high quality, adjustable shower and a curved curtain rod. Having a shower now feels like being in the spa. The whole experience of working with Preferred Plumbing has been professional, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations. There are so many things I love about my midtown condo but the shower is the best upgrade. Preferred Plumbing gets all the stars.
