Steve Hendrickson and Antonio Martinez were fantastic reps for this company. They took time to listen and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. I liked working with them. Those guys could be successful doing anything, but you get to have them help with your roof! How great is that?

Bruno walked me through the whole process from filing my claim through completion. The insurance adjuster’s report recommended replacing the entire roof, but only cited half of the actual square footage. Precision Exteriors went back and forth to finally get the correct square footage determination. They were professional and did a great job!

We used Precision Exteriors to replace our roof and gutters and they did a wonderful job. Our roof looks amazing. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up our yard so we didn't have to worry about stepping on an nails or anything. They were awesome to work with.

A few years ago a friend of mine had recommended that I have precision exteriors take a look at our roof because our attic was leaking. Jose and and an insurance adjuster came out to look at it. Unfortunately, it was not covered by our insurance, however, someone from the company came out and fixed the leak without charging us! A few years later a hail storm came though and we remembered how much we appreciated Jose and his kindness in helping us out. We called him up and so far we have had our shingles replaced with steel and are anticipating new siding, gutters etc. We have been pleased with the team’s work so far and I hope to submit pictures and an update when the job is complete 😁

Time wasters!!! I needed a roof repair, they insisted that we make a claim and promised that if the claim was denied that the company did roof-repair as well as full-roof replacement. Once the claim was denied, they suggested that I call a Handyman for my roof repairs instead. Do not call this company for roof repairs. They only want the insurance money and don’t care about the customers needs. Thanks for wasting my time, Fidel!

Having never gone through the roofing process before, I was more than timid in uncharted waters. I would highly recommend Precision Exteriors, but more importantly Spencer Hull. He's the best thing the company has going for them. I can only hope they know how good he is and how well he treats his customers. On a project like this you have to trust your contact point and I can't imagine a better one. He was present throughout the process and made himself available for any questions. More amazing, even after the job was done and done very well, he still stopped by a few times just to make sure all was well and I was happy. I really feel like I dealt with a friend not a salesman. That rarely happens these days. Again, Precision's work and Spencer's professionalism all deserve recognition. I'd gladly recommend or use them again.
