Adam is reliable, concise, reasonably priced, timely, hard working, honest and a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair and reasonable quote with an accurate estimate of timeline for completion. He is extremely punctual and diligent. I will hire Adam again. We installed a stamped concrete patio that we will complete with a fire pit at a later date.
I needed a complex colored concrete patio installed 9 months ago. There were multiple slopes for drainage on the patio's surface, steps around the perimeter that faded into the grade, and a central pad with step for access to the house. It took 3 pours. In short, a complex patio to setup and pour. The patio came out great. Adam made the job look simple even though it wasn't. Adam is the guy you want for this kind of project. His experience was evident from the first time we talked. He made the main surface of the patio about a foot "wider" than the initial design with my consent and his skills... a very welcome improvement. Adam worked well with me (an engineer). I don't believe reviews that are all positive. The only negative in this was I wanted color concrete. Adam strongly hinted at the fact that the concrete color samples aren't accurate, I wish he'd just flat out said they're wrong. I'm not sure I'd have changed color knowing this information, but it's the only thing that wasn't done perfectly. The heat of summer and record cold didn't have any effect on the patio.

We had a large tree that had roots that were damaging our sidewalk. He worked with us to remove the sidewalk in order to allow the stump and it roots to be chipped before replacing the sidewalk. Then when the replacement process began he patiently worked through other issues in order to put a new sidewalk down. He was very hard working and pleasant to work with.

Adam is meticulous with his work. He was also clear about scheduling, on time with his delivery, and thorough in all aspects of the work. He has laid down two different concrete slabs for us and a beautiful stamped walkway. The walkway is a game changer. We are so happy we went with this stamped concrete rather than flagstone. Great price, great look, great solution to creating low maintenance walkways. We love it. See picture.
Also, Precision and Decorative Concrete clearly has a valued name among other builders and contractors. When we were putting in a slab for a hot tub the Pool contractor recommended Adam. Later, when a highly regarded contractor saw a cement stair way that needed fixing in our yard he spontaneously recommended P&D. Of course, I let him know I was going to use P&D and he said "Adam is the best".

He personally undertook the entire job from ground prep, to arranging for the concrete delivery, to the finishing stage on October 23, 2020. 8’x10’x6” perfectly level concrete slab as per hot tub requirement. Job well done.
