After a very long day starting at 5:30 AM, Kris from Precision Air & Plumbing, Inc, ended his day at our home, arriving at 8:45 PM and quickly diagnosing a faulty capacitor in our upstairs AC unit. He worked with flashlights to get the repair done, while our upstairs temperature hit a new world record registering 96°. Repair was completed and it’s already one degree cooler! Thank you so much, Kris! And thank you, Precision Air.

Choose another company! SO DISAPPOINTED! Been customers for the last 7 years. When the units were installed initially I agreed to all the suggested parts and ad ons because I wanted my units to last as long as the original units to the house did (for 33 years!) this included renewing for the annual service every year. And every year we have them come out and check the units and of course they suggest what tune ups are required etc. at the tune of around $800-$1500 every year ON TOP of the annual membership we pay for. This year my unit went out one month after our annual maintenance check and paying $1400 to “make sure the units were ready for summer”. I immediately called, let them know the situation and mentioned that we pay for the annual membership for assurance during situations like these (guaranteed service within 24 hours). No one showed up the following day as promised. They told me they were extremely busy, which I completely understand, and proceeded to tell me they would be there the following day. The following day came and went and still no service or call. Once I called in they claimed that I just have got lost in the shuffle or a system glitch and again promised to be there the next day. Finally, on day 3 they send a tech out at the very end of the day after I waited literally all day for 3 days. Diagnosed that a part went out and that the part was covered by the 10 year warranty but it would be $4,000 in labor!! On top of not knowing when the part would be available or when they could get back out there to install!? Complete waste of time and money to a company that doesn’t stand behind their services and has zero regard or loyalty to existing customers. So much for your ad that claims to be the only major HVAC and plumbing service in the valley that hasn’t sold out to big corporations. You may not have sold out to them but you sell like you are them! Spend your money with someone else, and don’t waste your money or time on their annual membership.

Second time I have used him. He came out the same day I had an issue and it was late in the day. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a price to fix it. I would definitely recommend and will use again!

I truly hope to be able to changing this review, but I’m not confident that will be the case. We had our last bit replaced in March by Precision. Once the weather started to warm up it became clear there was a problem with the system being able to cool the house. We had inquired about upgrading to a multi unit system to better cool our house, but we were told that a single unit would work if additional vents were added (with an additional 7G price tag). The unit at this point cannot keep most of the house any cooler than 80, with some rooms being up to 86 as of the time of this review). We have already had a warranty tech come out and add additional refrigerant to fix the issue, however since then we have found at least one room getting no air at all. I have called repeatedly and have been told an install manager would reach out (that hasn’t happened yet). We now have another tech coming out, but based on where we are at so far it seems like we were just sold an undersized system by a company that promises to make sure everything will be done to take care of the customer.
Update1:
I want to preface this by saying that everyone the company has had out has been both friendly and professional, so I do not have a problem there. The issue that I have is that we are now three visits in, with multiple different fixes implemented, and still with the same problem as before. I understand that Arizona summers are hot, but I also know that a central AC unit can and should be able to keep a home between 78-80 degrees. The issue is that I had a company come out and guarantee they would install a unit that would, at a minimum, perform well as my 10-year old unit while using less electricity and all we have seen is more consumption with less performance.
I am hoping that this issue can finally be resolved by the next appointment, but as it stands now I cannot convey how extremely unsatisfied with our decision to have this new HVAC unit installed.

Awesome service!
Last year I had a terrible experience with Hobaica, so I was nervous about needing to call an a/c company this year. Thank goodness all of my fears were put to rest. I was so very pleased with all of the people I dealt with at Precision. Every single person I spoke to on the phone or met in person was super kind and caring. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They treated me wonderfully and made me feel like everything was going to be okay which it was. The salesman and installers took their time explaining things to me and let me ask lots of questions. The salesman and installers were adorable, and you could tell just wonderful humble sweet men. Would totally recommend this company to anyone!!
