Easy to find and a nice walk from our hotel, definitely a good alternative to save money and use the machines your self as long as you have time. We had to wait about 15min before the washing machine was free, then did a 37min wash and 15min dry only spent 300 czk between the two of us. Also cash only, they have a coin machine and atms nearby the cafe.

I didn’t want to lose any of my precious vacation hours to doing laundry. I chose the drop off option — 24 hours later, I picked up fresh clean clothes. They even ironed them for me, which I wasn’t expecting!
There is a language difference, but there is a sign near the cashier with the different service options offered for drop off. The lady Petra was patient with our lack of Czech.
It is a cash only business.

Laundry service was good although very fyi limited english language ability. The scary part however was that I picked up my laundry on Saturday evening when the Costa Coffee was closed - so I was taken through a side entrance to collect my clothes. The scary part was that on my way out, the attendant did not warn me that someone needed to open the front door entrance for me. As a result, I was trapped in the stairwell for 10 minutes and had to yell for help. I tried calling the place and no one picked up. Be extremely careful when picking up laundry after the Costa Coffee is closed. Very scary.
