PR Academy were instrumental in me achieving two communications qualifications. They are supportive and hugely knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is an excellent course for anyone considering a foray into public relations. You can work through this at your own pace, the tutors are quick to respond and attentive to any questions you may have while you're on the course. I've just passed the introduction to public relations foundation and I really enjoyed it.

I have recently completed the Internal Communications Specialist Diploma course with the PR Academy and have thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience since the beginning. All the staff are industry experts and share their knowledge with you throughout the journey. A particular shout out to Kevin Ruck, who provided guidance and support throughout the course, particularly in the lead-up to assignments. I chose PR Academy to study the CIPR Specialist Diploma in Internal Communication with because I knew they would provide a brilliant experience. And they did! Having studied the Certificate in Internal Communication with them many moons ago I know that the quality of teaching is second to none. The tutors are fabulous - human beings first and foremost, as well as having so much specialist wisdom to share in the most inspiring and engaging ways. Studying for the CIPR with PR Academy was a pleasant experience. I particularly like how the course instructors make out time to listen to your issues and provide 1 on 1 guidance. That was one of the best value from the Academy, along side the quality and structure of the interactive classes.

I completed my CIPR Specialist Diploma (Public Affairs) certification with PR Academy, which was a brilliant programme. The courses have a mixture of seminars and workshops, which all take place in the evening so fit well with full time work. All seminars are recorded so you can refer back to them later. The course leader, Heather Yaxley, has a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge. She was always happy to discuss examples that would help us understand the theory. It was also great be completing the course with other public affairs professionals from different organisations, so we can learn from each other. The course is clearly post-graduate/Masters level, so you have to be prepared to do the research and put in the time for your assignment. There are so many resources available through PR Academy's website, which is very easy to navigate. There is also a forum so you can talk with Heather and your coursemates directly. There's opportunities to talk through the structure of the assignment and to share an outline of your assignment for feedback. You can also arrange 1:1 meetings with your course leader to talk through your assignment topic - definitely make the most of them. You can also ask for a course deadline extension if you really need it, which I did a few times. They were very accommodating about this. I thoroughly recommend completing a qualification with PR Academy.

I've always loved internal communications and The CIPR Specialist Diploma in Internal Communication almost seemed tailor-made. Studying while working full-time was a challenge but a rewarding one. The carefully curated content and workshops expertly led by the team at the PR Academy has given me the tools, including frameworks and best practice which I can apply day-to-day and the confidence to work more strategically. The online portal was really easy to use and having access to the tutors and learning from their own experiences was hugely valuable.

I had a great experience studying with PR Academy. They came strongly recommended and surpassed my high expectations. Everything was extremely well organised, any queries I had were handled quickly and everyone was personable. The teaching and knowledge-sharing were first-class, with content delivered in a variety of engaging ways by high-quality tutors who provided an excellent level of support.

Just completed a diploma and found the course excellent. It was 100% online which I enjoyed. The lectures were interactive and the home assignments kept me engaged throughout the course. Really helpful team of lecturers whenever I had a question or needed help with an assignment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic support for my CIPR Professional Diploma. High quality teaching with a great bank of resources. Being able to watch the webinars on demand was a big help when trying to juggle work and the course.

I've recently completed my PR Diploma with PR Academy and I was nervous when I first signed up as I hadn't undertaken a professional qualification in a long time. It was particularly nerve-wracking as it was online and I prefer face-to-face learning. I needn't have worried: both the resources and tutors, in particular Chris Tucker, were really helpful. Chris and Helen led my webinars and they were very engaging and encouraging when discussing the topics and queries we had about them or the assignments. Chris was also on hand in between sessions to answers questions about the assignments and encourage discussions on timely PR topics. The course was also really flexible - I had to extend two of my assignment deadlines due to work and life commitments and this was really easy to do. I'll definitely be signing up for my next PR qualification with PR Academy.

I would highly recommend the Diploma if you’re eager to further your Communications / PR career. Since completing it in 2020, my confidence in the profession and myself has grown; I’ve been promoted to Heading up a Comms team and volunteer on a school Board.
