This is a Data Mine! Take it off the net! I bought a jacket, for twice anywhere else, but ok. I put in my CC info, personal data, phone numbers, all of it. As soon as I bought it, my credit card said the charge was credited, went thru. 10 minutes after that, the charge was debited again. The CC company said it's a data mine, and I should replace my card, and check my credit to make sure they don't use what they stole.

Be careful when doing transfers to Poshmark Sent a transfer of $300 to Poshmark but the Revolut card( the only card Poshmark accept) only sent $295.92. Poshmark said that in order to begin the business the value should be $300. I offered to send on the top $4.08 more. Poshmark refused and demanded that I sent a second transfer of $305,00 I order to begin the business. I refused to sent it and u requested the refund of the transfer of 295.92 to my Revolut card. Poshmark refused to return my funds unless I make a second transfer if 305 to their account. Of course I refused. So the customer line sent me the following message. If you don't sent 395 more your won't receive your money back your stupid piece of $#*!. I'm reporting the case to the police, all over the web companies reviews sites and I'm going to small claims court to demand my money back. I requested Poshmark to shut down my page and cancel my sales, but they didn't take action: my page is still on line and I'm unable to delivery the orders because I refuse to do a second transfer to Poshmark account. So be aware when you do business with them! There is no customer service call center and they are not helpful. What happened with me is a virtual thef. They absconded my funds and are refusing to refund me even after I said that I don't want to make business with them. It's a scamvag company. Look for another reliable platforms like Shopify and never go to Poshmark, their customer service is trashy and they are not realizable when it comes to the transfer for funds.

Best selling app so far. Simple and worthy Best app to sell clothes. You put the stuff you dont want anymore and want to give a second life and the buyer pays the shipping cost and you receive the label, you just have to print it and then ship. You receive the money once the buyer receive the package and accepts it within 3 days if not it is automatically accept. You can transfer the money in your bank acc or simply use it for something you want to buy.

Over pricing I have noticed many,many items on Poshmark that if you watch prices and do your homework. Several dresses are priced at $100-$500.00 or more. The same exact dresses are on Temu for many times less that $20.00.

Site condones and abets scammers This company is vile. Out of 5 orders recently placed, 2 never shipped (and you cant write reviews to warn others), 1 item was filfthy leather not pictured, and the most recent came with obvious holes (i saw as soon as i opened the package) which scamming seller intentionally covered in photos by folding the garment over the holes. I ordered the item on dec 27, seller had to be reminded twice to ship it, and didnt ship till jan 3. I got the item with holes on it and did a return request right away, pissed at the waste of my time (taking photos, knowing how unpleasant it is having to go to post office, having to wait for item in the first place, etc) and money. I have MS which makes walking hard, and it takes me 40 minutes r/t to walk to post office (in 30 degree weather nonethless) - and now poshmark is tellng me if the return request isn't shipped by tomorrow 10 am (less than 3 business days), the money gets released to the seller. Ive had doctor's appt s and errands to run - i have photo proof - why do i have less time to ship than seller did? 3 business days when i already have plans for those days in advance, not knowingi was about to be scammed when i ordered? I didnt WANT To have to return this defective item, i wanted it to come as advertised. This company protects scammers and allows people not to ship, collecting and holding your money all the while while not letting you write reviews. And if you can prove your seller scammed you, you are over an hour of your life proving the scam, rushing to go to the post office, interrupting your life. After these continuous negaive experiences, never again.

Buyer beware. The worst experience ever. No returns, No exchanges. POSHMARK is just a trading post for people who are selling used items or gifts they just don't want, and for full retail value to boot. To add insult to injury the product purchased was damaged. I will never use this "service" nor even recommend it to my worst enemy. I received a pair of damaged Ugg boots and was basically told I'm $#*! out of luck but that they would be able to resell them for me as my only option for getting any satisfaction. Simply not acceptable.

Horrible Experience I have purchased many items (clothes, low priced jewelry, designer bags) and had great experiences from the handful of sellers I know and trust. But…. I came across a *******@clothfluid who was selling a huge selection of cashmere sweaters, sets etc at really good prices. I ended up placing (3) orders. My first order arrived (late) and should have contained (2) different styles of sweaters. One Blue and one Navy Blue. When I opened the package it contained (1) gray sweater. The style was correct. But I was not sure if it was blue or gray. The seller does not do any listings with photos on her site. All her sales come from live shows. She's a fast talker and is entering orders in as she's doing the show. I reached out to customer support to confirm the color (there was a code on the tag that I'm pretty sure was the identifier for the color. Then explained I did not receive the second sweater. I went through the proper place on the App which included photos of the sweater I received and some of shipping label (which was not on a box rather a plastic bag making it virtually impossible to get it in one photo). Sent it all in. They asked for clearer photos in better light and a full photo of shipping label. So I informed them I was fine with the sweater sent. But I could not get a decent photo on label and upload to their app. It just distorts everything. I suggested they print a clear copy of the shipping label there since they created it and sent to me. And since Clothfluid does not post photos-reach out to her and get one I was sure she had a stock photo. The next day I got a "case closed-documentation not provided in time" and they took the liberty of marking the order ACCEPTED. Nothing about the missing sweater, a credit. Customer Support was no help. They are a joke. I got an email last week asking for a picture of the missing sweater. All my orders were placed December 12. So I freaked out on her. Second order I can see before it was shipped and it was completely wrong. I reached out to ClothFluid and got nothing. I joined a live show and brought it up and she got so mad. Does not like to look bad. It happened all the time. She calls you out to the crowd and then they begin to harass you. She then blocked me from her shows and messaging after second order arrived totally messed up. She could have fixed it given the 5 days it sat at her house. So back to app with photos etc. she messaged me telling me I was lying and I got exactly what I ordered. One sweater was not even cashmere it was itchy acrylic. She behaved like she was 5. That's when I got blocked from her shoes and messaging. Now that's not only unprofessional it's childish. The Posh Gods did open a claim and ruled in my favor, sent me a return shipping label and it arrives today. Then the third order sat for over 10 days so I got the email from customer support saying I could cancel the order since it's been 10 days that they had tried to reach seller ClothFluid but she was not responding. Can you say acting like a child? I could reach her if I wanted to. I had told them hmmmmmm 20 times I was blocked. I said praise the Lord I will cancel now. I followed their half ——- instructions and canceled. Still waiting on all my credits. (Yep I'm an idiot). Then maybe 6 days later i get this joyful email from you got it customer support letting me know exciting news….your sweater has been shipped. Here's the shipping number to follow. So I had to reach out to customer support to ask what do you want me to do with this sweater I canceled? Quite frankly you should say "keep it and we will still credit it as a sign of our deepest apologies for all the missteps you have been through." I mean the shipping costs are more than the cost of the sweater. Customer service told me I needed to go to the app and choose. Not what I ordered. But I said no. That makes you look good and you aren't good. I'm trying to see if I can mark it REFUSED and they send it back but with it being priority mail I think I would have to pay. Conclusion; there are bad sellers on the platform for sure. Customer support is a waste of money for the company. I asked if anyone was brave enough to stop hiding behind their email and get on the phone. The answered we don't have phones. Now that's a company embracing technology and in the 2020s.

What a waste of time. I made my first purchase on Poshmark...a sweater that I already have, but getting a bit worn, was listed. I purchased it, paid, and sat and waited. A week and a half later, my order was canceled because the seller suddenly did not have the item. Seriously? Glad I got my money back, but I won't be buying anything here again. Total waste of time.

POSHMARK IS THE VERY WORST First of all, they lie in the advertising. They say they authenticate anything OVER $500. I paid $500 for a vase and ask them NOT to authenticate it as I knew it was not fake (I am a pottery collector of over 30 years and know what I am buying). And $500 is NOT OVER $500. It is equal to $500. I informed them that the gold paint on the vase was "cold paint" and was very fragile and rubs off easily. They vase went automatically to them from the seller and they then sent it to me unbelievably poorly packed. It was rolling around in a box with bubble wrap which was not secured to the vase. As a result, the gold rubbed off in several places, reducing the value by at least 50%. I am sure the clueless authenticator knew nothing about what he or she was doing. Will NEVER buy there again.

They debited my account for $782 New seller now never seller on Poshmark. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Said to verify my account they would not debit money from my accounts. That was a lie. Also have a debit for $132 from CA for Mint Mobile. Only people I gave this card to was POSHMARK.

Poshmark NO Longer Automatically Releases Seller Funds I was a long time buyer/seller on Poshmark. I recently quit because now I have to contact support each time before I can get my funds released. PM guidelines state payment is automatically released within 3 days of delivered status. In all of the years I have been active, it wasn't until recently that my funds started to not be automatically released. Instead, my funds are now being held-up. The last couple of months, on average it takes at least 7 to 8 to get my funds released. That is after I have to initiate and file an order problem inquiry on each case. Support doesn't respond until typically 3 days after filing an order problem inquiry. It is too much of a hassle anymore just to get paid. Something is up because I have never had so many problems with PM before.

Scammers Bigtime This company should not be allowed to do business. Case in point. Ordered and changed my mind. They ignored me. Kept after them until their response to my cancellation was "Well check with seller for date item will ship". Completely ignored my cancellation after numerous attempts on my part until order shipped and guess what? They told me it was too late to cancel after shipment was made! Incredible! I won't even say the customer service was terrible because THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Thought I'd sell a few items Oh it's so easy, just list it right "here". The when someone wants to buy it, the wheels within wheels start turning. Set up the bank account - oops, you have to have an account with one of their partners. Set up a new account, you have to deposit $30- to verify it's you. Do that then go to the person that wants to buy your item and click receive and oh boy, they say I need to have at least $400 on the card. I'm sorry, but if they want me to send them $400 for a $30 item I am trying to sell, they can stuff it. Account cancelled as soon as I get my $30 back.

Fakes Run Rampant I feel like for the money they make there's no excuse not to do a better job of controlling what is being posted. The fake handbags are out of control. The new accounts with too good to be true mid range bags that are straight up counterfeit. I can appreciate a dupe. Quince is a great place to get a really popular profile for around $100 in leather. Not an exact copy, but close enough in passing, and maybe close enough it satisfies the need for the original style - nobody is purposely sounding $300 on a FAKE bag that retails $520 (on purpose) They need to do a better job of protecting their buyers and closing down these fake accounts not leaving it to the community to do that for them!
