Scam So I ordered the product. Did not get the kit. I have cameras and have checked the date it says. This was NOT delivered to me. In the meantime, I found out I had to have my teeth extracted to fix injuries from a fall. I contacted the company & was refused a full refund because they wanted the kit returned (that I never got). 3 months later and still no kit and no refund. Today I was finally informed they would not give me a full refund unless the kit was returned . And with a 'sorry about your luck' attitude. 💯 Scam company. I'm filing a complaint with BBB and I'm reporting it to my FSA as well to dispute the charge. 10/10 do NOT recommend this company. Research and find a legitimate provider. No product received but keeping my money. What a JOKE.

White electrical tape looks better I received my pop on veneers about 7 weeks ago. I've worn them about three times. They are painful. You can't speak well with them. You look like you have horse teeth!. They don't fit well there's a lot of movement. Recently I developed an infection where the pop on the veneers are rubbing my gums to the bone. I contacted the company and they basically said I'm beyond the 30-day guarantee so I am Sol and go pound salt somewhere. Do not purchase this product. Read the reviews on Yelp and the Better Business bureau. Don't waste your money

Pop on smiles is a scam all you guys want is to **** more money out of me and I have no idea if this remake was even gonna work and not just brake again I could not even wear the bottoms and the tops broke within a week if they were a good fit and a worthy product I would have stayed up on my payment plan but I already paid 299 for a product I do not even have I was not going to pay another 80.00$ for something that broke within a week and like I said bottoms never worked they hurt so I have been looking in the mail everyday I missed going out for Christmas and new years and my birthday because they stopped my remake because I did not give them more money for something that was not right to begin with they should have at least sent me the top ones since they got $299 of my money and they have the deal for the top for $299 so really they are just being greedy and I dont have a product to show for what I already paid them for they got their money were is my top teeth at least who in there right mind is going to pay more money for something that broke within a week of wearing, and the bottoms never worked they actually hurt and the top looked good but were loose in the back so they broke but only after changing my teeth positioning so I could not put my partial retainer back in so I have not left the house since requested a remake with urgency because I had no front teeth on one side and they stopped making my remake because they did not receive more money I dont even know if it was worth the money I already paid 299$ its crazy and they could care less that I lost my retainer fit so I am a hermit for almost two months now because of all this I am very disappointed and I was looking online and can see other companys that are way cheaper and probably have way better customer satisfaction and appreciation because pop on smiles are greedy money hungry frauds that dont care that there customers are happy they just want more money I want my top teeth I paid for

So you wanna block me on ******** for leaving an honest bad review?!?!Listen people, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!They make you agree to a 30 day promise. Then after the 30 days, if anything happens or if like me, mine started hurting out of nowhere, they refused to give me a refund or help me. They also look fake !!Do not use this company!

I leave a one star review just to leave a bad review. This company sent me "veneers" that didn't fit. When I contacted the company they never got back to me. They send me constant texts to buy more things though! It's the biggest waste of money I've ever seen. And I can't even get my money back.

Biggest rip off around!!! They didn't fit. Cut my gums. Then when I canceled they claimed I owed them money and would get no refund. They claimed in the email that shipping for the product was $105. I kept every email they sent if anyone wanted to see it. I took it to the post office and to ship it would have been less than $6. Even if I put insurance on it the shipping would be less than $10. This company is horrible do not get anything from them. The product came quick but they didn't fit correct and cut my gums. They also looked just like the $5 set that I bought. The $5 set fit perfect and didn't cut my gums though. Oh and after canceling the thing they tried to charge me and send me various emails harassing me saying they woukd turn me over for collections. I sent them and email saying that I would turn them over to the Better Business Bureau for them being a scam. Got an apology email then saying that my order had been canceled and wouldn't hear from them again. But I still get emails asking me to review them. But if you put a bad review up they block you and do everything they can to make sure no one sees it. I assume the $105 was for shipping since the breakdown they gave me stated it was for the return of the veneers.

I was considering getting PopOn veneers for Christmas. I am SO glad I read the reviews here on the BBB website as well as reviews of trustpilot. It's clear this company is predatory & only out to take your money. What is especially telling are the callous responses left by "customer service" in regards to 1-star reviews left by customers. While PopOn may legally be within their rights the way they scam customers, it's an extremely bad look & these responses from "customer service" show just how anti-consumer the company really is. "Customer service" repeatedly uses the "Pop On Promise" as a get-out-of-jail free card for the shoddy workmanship of their product. PopOn Veneers has ZERO incentive to make your veneers right. Quite the opposite in fact. You're paying every time they send you an impression kit. There's ZERO oversight, so PopOn can just claim with no evidence that your impressions weren't valid, & then they get to charge you again for another kit. When your impressions actually are useable, the company has no vested interest in making your veneers actually fit. Per their get-out-of-jail-free "PopOn Promise" they'll remake your veneers twice. If they make them wrong twice, which is often the case, the customer is just screwed. This is a company that will make your veneers wrong twice, & then have the chutzpah to say "you get a 70% discount on the next set", which is likely to be just as messed up as the first two sets, because there's no oversight nor commitment to quality control. One common thread I've seen customers bring up is that PopOn Veneers look cheap, like "Halloween teeth" or "Vampire teeth". Funny how "customer service" NEVER responds to these claims. It's clear you'll be getting low-quality veneers that don't fit right from this company. It's clear they'll nickel-and-dime you for every impression kit sent out and veneers returned. It's clear this company has no vested interest in making a quality product, they're only interested in your money.

Hi I wish i could say something good about the so called pop on smile ,I had them for two weeks and the upper set broke right in the center,the bottoms broke two weeks later.this company is a straight up con, dont throw away your money.i should have just burned my money it would have been more fum

It was a great experience to actually visit their store in NYC. Pamela from their team was super friendly and helpful with the entire process. Bought and paid for a set of uppers and lowers. There is a reason they only give a 30-day warranty. It's because the product will not last very long after that point. The bottoms cracked within 60 days of purchase and now can't be used. The uppers just cracked a few days ago. In less than 4 months, a $600 investment is not only worthless, but because my husband wasn't aware of a form to fill out, they want an additional $140 to replace them. I would think after $600 that should be enough money. They send you all these messages wanting more and more money. I promise I will spend every single day making sure people DO NOT purchase from this company. I will also plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let that be your problem. When someone pays $600 for something it better last a lot longer that 4 months! And then to demand more money!! People are already tapped just trying to get a decent looking mouth and your company is just as crooked as the dentists who money ****** people as well.

Pop Veneers is a SCHEME! The kit they send is crappy. I've had to re-try making molds 4 times and they refuse to give me a refund! $650 wasted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's TRASH!

BUYER BEWARE!! I placed an order in the summer for which I enrolled in the payment plan. I received the impression molds, sent them back and they told me the impressions were not good enough. So then they sent me another set of impression molds. By this point, more of my teeth broke so I had to visit the dentist anyway. I needed to get a FULL MOUTH EXTRACTION and a full set of dentures that I am now making payments on. When I tried to cancel my Pop On order, I was told it was too late. This company has already received 5 of 6 payments, nearly $600 from me for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I'd have been willing to pay even $100 to cover the impression molds and postage, and in order to get out of throwing so much more money down the toilet. Now I'm dealing with the unexpected trauma of losing all my teeth, $13k in those associated expenses, and yet PopOnSmiles LLC is happily stealing monthly payments from me. RIP OFF!!!!!!!

The top set dont fit, and I let them know zero service after the sale. I was sent an email that said pay ************************ 7 days. It took 9 days. I was supposed to have free expedited shipping and called in after I paid the ************************************************ via text and said they would check and confirm so I could get a refund that never happened. I also called about the insurance I got to cover my veneers and then was sent an email that I could get replacements or additional sets for 99 a piece which is much higher than the insurance cost. Basically I was given options that elevated the cost and was screwed because I decided to order right then and there. I was offered bigger discounts after I ordered and was ignored completely when I tried to get answers to my questions and concerns. I spent close to a 1000 bucks for something that doesnt fit and is basically unusable. It really feels as if they only care about getting their money and not selling a quality product. You cant eat with them and the top ones constantly fall off. I really feel as if this was the worst possible outcome from my purchase.

I bought veneers from Pop On Veneers. They broke into after 3.5 months. They cost me. Little over 500 for just the bottom ones. They refused to do anything because they only guarantee them for 30 days.

These people are full of S#!t. Don't be fooled. The product is crap and that's nit the beginning of it. The quality is worse. Do rely on their 30 day guarantee. It to is cow pattie. Good luck getting anyone on the phone in customer service. When you do they will loose the call. The reviews you see that are all grand and glorious stories are actually all made up and for every 1star the received they post 10 by themselves to counter it. This is a f'i g ripoff and I tried to get my money back from the first broken pair but they are not willing to do that at all so they send another set of trays for impressions by that time the 30 day BS thing is past the date and they could not care less. Now I have 2 sets of broken garbage. As far as I'm concerned anyone associated with this company deserves mouth cancer. I'm sorry I feel that way but I have an issue with people thinking it's okay to take money from people as if it grew on trees. Pop on people I hope people read this and understand what a despicable group you are and do not trust your BS scam. I am sure this review will cost you more than it would have been to return my stolen money.

DON'T DO IT!!! Ordered my impression kit on June 14th and it's October 9th, and I still don't have my bottom veneers because every remake has been worse than the last. I was worried I wouldn't be a good candidate and called when I got my first impressions kit, sent photos of my teeth, and had realistic expectations of what I could do with these and what they would look like. They said I was a candidate and I completed my impressions. Huge mistake. Once you send those in, you can be charged for not only the impressions kit, but also the impressions, and many other charges that are outrageous when you consider that this is a company that does NOT deliver a product that is usable for many. The first set slightly pinched and didn't come to the gumline, but they made it seem like it was an easy fix, so I went for the first remake. They even agreed to change the color to the Hollywood White, so I thought it would be no big deal and was excited. I got them and they were horrible. When I had to send pics of them, they asked that I take pics of them on the molds that they send. They cracked when I took them off. They are horrible quality. When they did the second remake, because at this point the fees would have been so much that it would've been pointless to cancel, they sent me teeth that would cut into my gums. They didn't smooth out any rough areas and are completely careless when it comes to quality. They might smile when it comes to customer service, but it really doesn't matter if they're serving you poop on a platter. My current upper arch is unusable and doesn't stay in when I talk. I'm still waiting on a lower arch. I understand they have a Pop On Promise, but there are times in business when a company has to say they were wrong and they should do what is in the best interest of a customer. This company puts money first, which is understandable to a degree, but 4 months later and I'm still waiting for them to deliver? No, there are better, more affordable options.
