Let down by management attitude.
excellent carpet and fitter however the manager let the day down. one fitter to move furniture and carry 3 large carpets upstairs without causing damage does not work, he rightfully needed help throughout the day but I was not his paid labourer!! this matter has been brought to the attention of the Bromsgrove store twice with no reply.. very very poor .

Bedroom carpet supplied and fitted
We had our bedroom carpet fitted a couple of weeks ago. Great company, from us being visited at home for measurement and quote to the 2 people that came to fit. We had been to a well known carpet place previously and actually managed to get a better quality carpet with gripper, underlay and fitting for about £200 less. Really happy.

Really lovely shop. Friendly and helpful staff. I believe fitters are employed by poplar rather than contractors and they are far better, more polite and efficient than other carpet shops I have used.

Not very pleased with Popular Carpets service, we have lived in Rubery for 40 years and always had Popular, My parents room requires a bit of a re-stretch, which they came out 5 years ago to do (Carpet is approx 10 years old) but maintained brilliantly. Gentleman who i spoke to was so rude, said he wouldn't do it, I even offered to pay but not good enough. Transform Flooring down the road was able to do it for a small price. The lady was so helpful. Sometimes we may not have big jobs all the time, sometimes its the upkeep or maintence we require but they were not interested now that they have big contracts. Funny how businesses don't remember the times you brought business to them during their start up days. Appalling!!!!!

Very professional, proficient and good hearted people. I walked into the showroom the staff were very professional helpful and warm they sent a colleague to take measurements of my entire flat they advised me to the best they could, the price was very reasonable. The fitting was of an excellent standard again very polite professional and trustworthy people. My flat looks great.
I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Really pleasant place and in honesty, was given a £650 price in Northfield for a job these guys can do for £440.

Family Gutted not to be going
Made contact with the owner who offered me a price to stay. I replied to accept and called the landline number on the website, in the space of me attempting to speak to someone the holiday was sold. The radio silence thereafter said it all. Poor communication has led to my family not getting a holiday in our desired location.

The showroom is bright and you are left to browse. We've had bedroom, landing, stairs and living room carpeted and the fitters arrived early, did the job and left the house clean and tidy. The carpet is good quality and is good value (after having quotes from several places). Would recommend.
