Tried this place again after some yearsand the quality has not improved. I got the chicken home and my son opened the box and asked why the chicken looked like that. I looked and it was all burnt and discolored looking. It also looked as if the batter was not on the chicken correctly. This location will not see another dime from me.
If you want good chicken and live in Greenwood, you're better off picking up chicken at the Southport Kroger than this place.

I ordered my food through a mobile order, I got here and was told to pull around front. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, watching over 10 people be served before I was ever given my food.
Sadly this isn't the first time I've had issues with this popeyes, I don't think I'll be returning. It's definitely become a trend for this specific popeyes.

This place sucks sucks sucks slow service awful food rude employees. Went there today and they were busy putting stock away and not helping customers. I waited 5 minutes to order and they just kept stocking. Never going back and suggest you don't waste your time with this place. Kroger has better service and chicken than this place. And they always say they are going to talk to employees but nothing ever changes

Have had issues with ordering online in the past but this time everything went smoothly. I was able to order, go thru the drive thru, pick up order without any issues, food was accurate, hot and very good. Your doing Great! Keep up the good work!
