Had a blocked up toilet, William arrived nice and early on a Monday morning to clear it. Very pleased with the outcome and having a toilet again :)

Got some work done last week to fix a drainage issue along the side of our house. Stoked and surprised by the speedy responses and great service, definitely recommend. Seemed like a very fair price for the work done. Nice work Paul and team.

Very Poor Service / experience.
Inexperienced and expensive workmanship with no proactive understanding of the situation.
The initial visit was fine, however the raw sewerage block problem clearly remained.
Sadly, the 2nd more urgent call out was attended by the "office boy" (his words) who set about purging the pipe, but in the process locking his camera 12m down our pipe. We were then charged an additional $180 for 'the boy' to Xray the ground (took 1 min's work) for what was as he said "the blockage" but actually was his camera tip in a bend (was that really our fault?)
With the problem not fixed, "the boy" was told by his office by phone that we needed a quote before they could proceed.
GREAT! let's get onto this asap we said but sadly no this took another 2 full weeks to get issued to us, in the meantime raw sewerage continued to float up the drains - NOT IDEAL.
Frustrated we called another drain repairer told him of our experience and he sympathised, quickly attended and sorted the problem for less cost than the original Pooman visit.
We took our concerns round our experience up with Pooman management and asked for some relief with the overall costs given they were not all warranted, only to be given the not helpful "read the T & C's" reply!
I would not recommend Pooman for efficient cost-effective repairs

We have previously explained and apologised for not getting the quote to you and admitted that in 2 prior emails. It was not the fault of the operator let's make that clear. The operator identified the issue, got the drain flowing and we located and showed the problem to you.
Another drain layer was utilised and I would believe on the information we had provided you was correct, as we never received correspondence stating otherwise.
Our office missed the quote and we have gone over this with you on two different occasions offering our apologies.
As we admitted we all make mistakes and a quick follow up to us at the time would have remedied this. However, you have chosen to pick apart a hard-working business.

I always take the sewer for granted until my own poo is floating around the back yard! Pooman (Willaim, who is a good bloke, friendly and informative ) turned up on time messaged me when he was about to arrive, got into it, fixed it, showed me via the camera the roots that were removed. Thankyou great job, great price.

These guys are the BEST!!! Rung on a Saturday with bocked wastewater pipe and got Shelly who was absolutely amazing. William showed up, about 2 hours later, who was absolutely awesome. He blast the blockage and used the camera to blast away as many tree roots as he could.
Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough 👍👍👍

Thanks to Shelly who took my call and Carl for sorting our blocked sewer line. Carl arrived the same morning and got it cleared and cleaned up promptly,as well as explaining the cause and what other work might be needed to prevent recurrence.We have used Pooman services at least twice now, and highly recommend them for their promptness, efficiency,good price,and because they have great staff.
