We love our new pool build by Pool Perfection. From the design process to the end result it exceeds our expectations! It is truly our dream come true and we are happy we picked Pool Perfection!
You must be clinically insane or very arrogant to put “Perfection” in your company name! Everybody likes an upgrade to their home, but no one likes the anxiety and frustration that comes with the process. Pool Perfection definitely lived up to their namesake, and for anyone who is looking to add a pool or repair their pool but afraid to start because of hearing their neighbors or coworker’s nightmares…call Pool Perfection! I checked out others and when Steve with Sales showed, I had an almost immediate feel that I was off to a good start…why? Because instead of talking and trying to upsell me, he listened to what we had in mind, offered suggestions, one that was better than mine and I had a video presentation of what my pool would look like using actual dimensions emailed to me that night...outstanding salesmanship!
I was nervous when the construction process started…but Nick the Project Manager was Johnny-on-the-spot! He communicated weekly and/or showed up on site to keep us informed of every step of the process. We were never left in the dark and never a doubt in their pool making magic. If I had a question or concern, Nick handled it…never had to worry that it wouldn’t get done. Heck, if I need something done when this is all over, I may just keep Nick on speed dial…give that man a raise!
Pool Perfection is in a league of their own. I can tell you this because every subcontractor or neighbor that saw the construction process all laughed when I told them when my pool would be complete…. “no way…it takes about 3-4 months or even longer!” Pool Perfection finished the job in six weeks.
Thank you, Pool Perfection, for turning my backyard into my oasis, outdoor living at its finest! Kudos to the whole team, back-office peeps as well, all positive interactions and quick to respond!

Hired Pool Perfection after a lot of research online. No company is perfect, but these folks are as close as you're going to get when it comes to pool contractors. I had interactions with sales consultant, project manager, and the owner of the company and all were positive and professional. I would recommend hiring Pool Perfection to anyone who needs a pool built or remodeled.

I can't imagine a quicker process with a construction project of this complexity. The time from the actual dig to finish was less than 1 month. Everyone -- from Kevin in Sales and Design to Chance as PM -- followed through with every step. They were easy to deal with, completely professional, and coordinated every step efficiently. I highly recommend Pool Perfection.

This company went out of their way to make our pool everything we wanted. From the design process with Ray, to our final day, everything was pristine. Our project manager Brandon was extremely hands on and on top of every single step of this project. When they say “weeks not months” they meant it. This was the most efficient project we’ve ever done and I would recommend them every single time hands down. The owner Shai even reached out to us afterwards to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our results. We are absolutely blown away. (The color of the water is to die for) If you want a dream pool, Pool Perfection is the way to go. More pics to come !! Excuse the side projects that we have going on in the back.

If you have been looking for a pool contractor, STOP right here and read this review! Let me start by saying I 100% recommend Pool Perfection. I'm a 22-year Army Veteran with a "no non-sense" attitude and I'd do it all over again with this team. My wife and I searched for over 12 months to find a contractor that we felt was professional, honest, transparent, reasonably priced and genuinely cared about their clients. The team at Pool Perfection checked all those boxes and more. Their teams were absolutely great to work with from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do within budget. The management personally reached out several times to ensure we were completely satisfied with the process and final build. We couldn't be more happy. We were under a strict time crunch to have the pool ready for my daughter's birthday! They went out of their way to make it happen! 5 stars. Pool perfection met and exceeded our expectations. The first person answering the phone to set an appointment was very polite and professional; then we went into meet with our pool designer, Wes. His custom design was exactly what we wanted and more! He even came out to our job after the project manager took over to take a look at everything. He exceeded our expectations for the pool design. Nick, our project manager really brought everything together, without him I don't believe this complex pool design would have ever broke ground, he is an excellent communicator, and definitely knows what he is doing, he is always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with every step of the project. Shai, the owner was extremely polite and constantly checking in to see if everything was up to our standards. Darren the chem and start up tech was also very polite and informative. This team is hands down the best in town and I would highly recommend pool perfection to anyone looking for a smooth ride while having a new pool put in or a remodel.

From start to finish we trusted the team. Wesley is an incredible designer that listens to your needs. Nick is a great leader/ project supervisor that communicates effectively with my wife and I weekly. We had NO surprises, and made sure that we finished on time and in budget. The accounting staff and permitting communication was flawless. Darren did a great job with pool education Thanks for building the perfect pool.

This is my second experience with pool perfection and it was AMAZING. The first experience was not, however the end product was very nice. So I decided to let Pool Perfections bid a pool at a new house I purchased. The sales person Kevin was great and worked with me to get a great design (The WOW Factor). The implementation part of the project was smooth with ZERO problems. The project manager Nick has the most amazing communication skills and kept me informed on every step of the way. He answered my questions before I even asked. The project was a total success a great experience every step of the way. I would 100% recommend using this company to build my next pool.

Enjoyed the experience with Pool Perfection. From the first call to the many staying in touch with the progress Steve and Chance were pleasant, accommodating and professional.. Chance was the project manager and was always available to answer any questions and provide quick answers. Completely appreciated the professional presence and thoroughness. The pool is gorgeous! Pool Perfection exceeded our expectations on the project. Everything was either early or on schedule and no surprises. Nick is an excellent Project Manager and communicator. He stayed in constant contact and was readily available to answer any questions. Even our neighbors commented on how fast our pool and deck were remodeled. Overall a great experience.
