I am afraid that half of the things you wrote out are completely out of context as your words used to describe the “mediocrity” of the food you mentioned. Today we had more than 500 people and no one complained about anything, be the service or the food. Moreover, our feedbacks on Trip and Google are from our distinguished clients who we highly respect treat and care as they are our neighbours, and I am sorry if you did not feel the same way of them. We care a lot about our clients and the feedbacks on the apps are the mirror of who we are, except for yours, of course. I travelled the world and apparently so do you but in my world when something does not meet my taste I find a polite way to express my disappointment, and never used the world “disgusting “.
