I contacted POA to get a notarized eviction notice to my tenant. Julia layed out the plan and the process they had to draft the notice and get the notice notarized remotely, and explained how they were going to deliver the notice. After that we started the process and did everything they said acurately and in a timely manner. And they updated me every step of the way. I want to thank Julia and Luna for their efforts and hilight their professional and interpersonal skills. I recommend POA services to anyone that values peace of mind in dealing with real estate matters and specially to clients from overseas.
