I had a slab Leak that was causing water to leak into my walls and flood my bedroom and my home office. Jose from Plumbing SFL immediately responded to my phone call and sent out Brandon the same day. Within hours I had three technicians searching for the leak. They found where the problem was the same night and refused to leave until they stopped the water from leaking. Once they determined the cause they went into repair mode. Because the leak was in the slab, they had to reroute a new water line, which was not an easy or a fun job. Day two they had a new water line in place. Unfortunately, Phase II the cleanup stage was next. Jose with Plumbing SFL recommended another company to come in and assess the damage to start the repair and clean up phase with my Insurance Company. ***** 5 Stars I would Highly recommend Since this review I had another Slab leak. I could not be more happy that I decided to go with Plumbing SFL. I had a slab leak, and my house flooded. Before my GC recommended Plumbing SFL, I had three different plumbing companies come to my home to provide estimates. Every company had a different approach to fixing the issue and had completely different prices. Unless I wanted to pay for my entire home to be rerouted, none of the other companies could reassure me that they could find and fix the problem and stay within their estimate. So I decided to trust my GC, who had dealt with them before and hoped for the best. Luckily, the work and service they provided were exactly what I signed up for. They fixed the leak, did more work than initially estimated, and stuck with the estimate. It's very hard to find trustworthy people in South Florida; these guys are trustworthy and professional experts.
