Huge shoutout to Carlos! Amazing guy and did a great job fixing a leak I had in my tub. These folks were quick to respond and was very reasonable when it came to prices. Appreciated Carlos for helping me save money where I could and even showed me how to fix the leak next time so I can do it myself if I wanted! 100% would recommend these folks.

"Plumbers Near Me" is the worst plumbing contractor I've ever used. Asked them to install my new disposal. Nothing complicated, but the person this company sent out did not follow the manufacturer's instructions and photos. He installed the disposal wrong for $223.90 and later it leaked. I called another plumbing con-tractor who took pictures of the obvious mis-takes, and reinstalled the disposal correctly for $175. I asked the original plumbing contractor, "Plumbers Near Me," to reimburse me, and Saul Mejia, I presume the owner, apologized and said he would reimburse me. 83 days later no reimbursement despite my emailing Saul and calling him several times. Never again for "Plumbers Near Me."

After buying my first home, my partner and I noticed that the water heater would stop working weekly and then later daily. I called a few places nearby for quotes on repairs/ replacement and two of those places (not Plumbers Near Me) charged me $50 or $100 to get me a quote and then quoted me well-beyond what was expected for the area. Plumbers near me sent Jonathan over to quote us for the water heater replacement and the price was beyond fair and I was very confident in their expertise. So far it's working well and I plan to call them again for any other issues in the future.

While snaking the sewer line, he got the snake stuck and spent hours trying to get it out. Finally, he cut it off and left it in the line. I was then charged a "rooter overtime" charge of $597.00. Not only did he not request my approval for all of that time, he spent a good portion of the "overtime" just trying to get the snake out of the line and finally had to cut it off and leave it stuck. Also, I have had other plumbers here repeatedly to get the abandoned snake out.In addition, he also used no protection for the carpet or walls except a piece of plastic I gave him. He almost ruined the carpet, the entire hallway will have to be repainted and he damaged the wood door / frame to the sewer line access. I have already had to rent a carpet cleaner and purchase supplies, not to mention many hours of my time. I will also have to purchase paint and supplies to repaint the hallway and hopefully repair the damage to the wood. The owner agreed to a partial refund of $448.50 in but it has now been almost 3 months and he has never refunded anything.

Plumbers Near Me was a LIFe SAVER! Another plumbing company wanted to charge me a crazy amount after taking 10 seconds to (incorrectly) diagnose the issues.When PNM came out very quickly, the plumber tried to actually figure out the issue, repaired it, and gave me some great tips for preventing it from happening again, and cleaned up after themselves. All for an extremely fair/reasonable price.They'll be my go to for any future plumbing issues.

We had a leak from an 80-year-old galvanized pipe that was 100% rusted and located behind a wall. The access was extremely difficult. "Carlos" was fantastic in dealing with the pipes that were almost impossible to separate due to the corrosion. He worked tirelessly on the project. At the end, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. PNM was able to get address the problem on a late Saturday afternoon and they completed the job on Monday. We couldn't be happier with the service. Their estimate was upfront and their fees are very reasonable. A million Thanks go out to Carlos and PNM!!

These guys answered the phone on a Sunday when they were supposed to be closed, but I called because we had an emergency. Saul was helpful over the phone and Jonathan was friendly and helpful doing the sewer cleanout at our house. Communication was good and they showed up when they were supposed to - even early when they needed to come back the next day to run more line!

The best plumbing service I have encountered, they actually saved me money by recommending I get a new, water saving toilet and told me about the city rebate, which eneded up saving me a $100 toward the cost of the toilet. The problem I was having was a loud vibrating sound in the wall after flushing the toilet, these guys are amazing and I will be sure to always use them in the future. They are honest, provide fair pricing and are really nice.
