This company is amazing. Plumbing Heroes was the second plumbing company I called for my hot water heater not working. The first company wanted to charge me a lot more money for what turns out to not even be the problem. I was told that I had a faulty gas valve and the issue ended up being a faulty thermocouple. The first company even tried to tell me that I should replace my whole water heater. Plumbing Heroes literally lived up to their name. If you live in Walnut or the surrounding cities you absolutely need to give this company a call. I will be a customer for life as long as I live in this area. I believe the name of the gentleman that helped myself and my family was Ulysses. He was awesome.

My water heater stopped working suddenly. Plumbing Heroes LLC promptly scheduled the assessment within an hour in a cold Sunday night. Ulises was professional, courteous and quick to provide a diagnosis. He clearly explained the issue. Ultimately he was able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Paid $280 for replacing a bathroom sink faucet and two connector hoses. Free in person estimate and came the same day.
Originally intended to do the repair the same day. However, plumber needed to postpone until the next morning. They did communicate and easily rescheduled. They were about 35 minutes late due to not having parts but they communicated the delay. Overall happy with everything, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I called Plumbing Heroes and Ulises came out to my property to give me a free estimate for a problem I was having I called four other plumbing companies before and they could not solve the problem Ulises solved it immediately. Best plumber company I’ve ever had come to my property he used his hydro-jet and was done in 20 minutes. My sewer line was full of roots he removed them with his hydro-jet left my sewer line looking brand new I will be calling again and suggesting them to everyone I know. They will not cost you a eye and a foot

Ulysses is very professional and came to fix my leak from the ceiling. Repaired the hot water leak right away so we could take a shower in the morning. He's very knowledgeable on his trade and explained in detail my options. I will definitely recommend him to other friends.

Amazing customer service and very professional. Realized I had a clogged drain on a Sunday night. Both showers and toilets were clogged. Looked on Google and found them. Omg they were amazing they were at my house in 30 minutes. He had the drained unclogged in less than 5 min. This company is a 5 star service. To get this kind of service at 11pm was 100 amazing.
