Birthday party Brilliant 10th birthday for 6, kids loved the selection of the games and had so much fun trying them all. Someone always available to help them.

Great fun My 2 Grandchildren aged 10 and 7 thoroughly enjoyed 90 minutes of VR. Very well organised and Matt was brilliant at explaining to the children what to do and he was on hand throughout to give advice on the games when needed. Was fun to watch to!

Bit of a let down considering price. And was a gold package Only 2 staff on. One toilet in whole of venue which was upstairs. And my son struggles with stairs so not very disabled. Friendly. Said unlimited drinks when it was son actual fact . One can of drink per guest and unlimited bottled water. As no running tap to make juice up. It was a child party. Didn't help with set up of food or clear down of. And not very organised.

Great party 10/10! Fab birthday party for my son who turned 9, staff were great, all the kids enjoyed their time and the experience was very happy. I would 100% recommend this for any party or just to have a go on the VR games.

Great VR experience So I booked one hours Free Roam VR experience for my son (11/12) and three friends for his birthday. They had a great time And got to do four different simulations in the hour. It’s a very popular venue. We booked 13.30 slot We got there just before but they were running about 10-15 mins late We still got almost our hour 50 mins The kids loved it and I would genuinely highly recommend. Plus all the equipment is wiped down after every use. You can park in the ASDA car park for free up to 3 hours which is also great and just walk through ASDA and the Bridge Road shopping centre and you are right there. My only points would be It can get hot. Take water. Though as we were running late for our slot we were given complimentary water Which was really appreciated. I think they need a buffer between slots for cleaning and resetting equipment. They are always fully booked and clearly popular. If they regularly overrun especially weekends/ holidays then a 10/15 min break between slots would prevent waiting around Despite those minor points. My son and his friends loved it. A great experience that they won’t forget

Fantastic Experience! What a fantastic experience my son & friends had doing the free roam VR! The staff were very patient and ensured everything was she appropriate and gave them tips on how to get the best from the game. We really enjoyed the session!

Great fun as a group or solo Went with friends as an alternative hen-do activity. The guys running it were so accommodating and funny, we were all laughing for the full hour. Very well kept and sanitised equipment and very knowledgeable hosts. 10/10

Lots of fun Took 2 x young teens for an hour. Staff very helpful and kept an eye on players, they were knowledgeable and quick to help when they got stuck during a game without having to be asked. Proving they were watching to ensure the players had fun. All equipment cleaned and sanitised.
