We recently held our son Tommy's 8th birthday party at Player Ready VR Experience and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything was incredibly well organised, and the staff Josh, Evan and Harvey were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly and made sure every child had exactly what they needed to get the most out of the experience. Their enthusiasm and support really helped make the party run smoothly. Tommy and all of his friends absolutely loved the huge variety of VR games on offer and had an amazing time. It was wonderful to see everyone so engaged and having so much fun. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the experience and would highly recommend Player Ready VR Experience to anyone looking for a unique and memorable birthday party. Thank you for making Tommy's 8th birthday so special!

Player ready have charged £50 for occasions my son hasn't been and taken money from my account without my authorisation. I paid in person on every occasion that my son went. Player ready Exeter booked us in on days that we didn't want. I have emailed them to explain all of this and I have had no response. I have to say my son and I are very disappointed as we will not be returning.

Great family fun, we'll be back! We went as a family for my son's 9th birthday and tried the free roaming VR session. We all absolutely loved it, especially the laser tag game! We will definitely be back. Staff were really helpful and explained exactly how it all worked. Highly recommended! Thank you 😊

Great staff My 11 year old girls LOVE the virtual games. I wanted to call out the staff (especially the blonde chap) who are always attentive and supportive. They're great with technical issues but I'm always particularly impressed that they step in to help the kids with the games themselves.

Great experience Our second time at Player Ready VR did not disappoint. Took children aged 12,10 and 8 and we all had a great time defusing the bomb! The younger two were new to the escape room concept so team working and communication took a while to click in! Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and will be back.

Great way to spend an hour Our 9 and 11 year olds loved playing the VR arcade games as a family. They are quite shy and anxious new places but the whole experience was friendly and fun and they came out buzzing! We will definitely be back

I would highly recommend these coding / gaming sessions particularly to those with SEN. The difference in my son after just 1 term is massive. I have seen big improvements in his self esteem, confidence, interaction and communication with others in addition to being keen to learn about coding after not wanting to go near a computer. He goes bouncing into the centre every week now with a big smile and loves the VR. All the staff are very understanding and friendly towards him. Thank you

Very entertaining hour Booked package for daughters 11th birthday. Her and friends really enjoyed it. Chap fast to help if they got stuck. From my part, it was extreamly funny to watch them all shrieking whe attacked by virtual zombies 🤭🤭🤭

Unplanned Visit - enjoyable Although, it wasn't a planned outing; had to make a detour when we sighted the open doors and walked in. The two gentlemen were friendly and welcoming. The children - their first VR experience did have some helpful tips to enable them settle in. We were given sone generous bonus as well by the kind guy at the console. We intend to come back fully prepared for some more nice outing. Will recommend

Amazing Experience! A birthday party for a 15 year old with learning disabilities and his friends. The staff were amazing! The place is so accepting, so accessible and they really do cater to everyone. 100% recommend, this place is a real hidden gem in Truro.
