We are very pleased with the Platinum Star Cleaning Services. From the very beginning, our house was cleaned to perfection. Chelsea is very prompt, friendly, professional and accommodating. We have certain brand cleaner that we want used in our home, Chelsea is very willing to use them and remembers to ask if we forgot to put them out. I highly recommend Platinum Star Cleaning. We have not had to remind them about cleaning or dusting certain items, nothing has ever accidently been broken and all items are returned to their original place.

Update: a year later and my parents are still really pleased with this service. They especially love Julie, who does such a great job in their home. When she was out for a few months, they really missed her (even though the others who came to replace her also did a good job) and they are thrilled she is back. I set my parents up with monthly cleanings to help them out a bit. They are not used to having this kind of service but their cleaner Julie is very respectful and put them at ease and does a great job. Owner Aaron is very responsive as well.

Swetsana was outstanding. Did more then I expected and very detailed. I am more then pleased with what she did. Wonderful job.
