I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Plastic Source. I reached out with concerns about the pricing, especially since we paid less for the same product just three months ago. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, they dismissed my concerns and suggested I was confused. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service are unacceptable. I will be considering other options in the future.

This person responded to my inquiry on a Friday and within one day I responded, he never responded again.
On Tuesday next week I have him a call, he answered the phone and asked me my order name told me he would call back in 5 minutes, he never called back again. I called back 10 minutes later he stopped picking up the phone.
On their website it’s written “no order is too small” they are liars!
I am making a small order and they do not care about the customer they are useless and rude.

Contacted owner and dropped by his shop several times to discuss my need for a specific color of acrylic. He never got back to me. I stopped calling him as I felt he was ignoring my call. As the operations manager for a large property group, we removed his company from a potential supplier list. Poor service.

I had the opportunity to have Plastics Source fabricate my cosmetic display. They helped me with my design and bring it into life. They also helped me with the acrylic colours which was awesome. It was very well built. Not only were they on time with the delivery, but the cost was very reasonable. The thing I like about this company is they have all the acrylic colours in stock. The one that we chose was the rose gold mirror which includes red as well. Highly recommend!!
