I contacted the agency on a whim, after watching a couple of Stephanie's YouTube videos helped me make more sense of Medicare plans than lots of brochures and hours of ads. While doing business from TX, the agency is licensed in multiple states. I've got an appointment by phone a few hours later with Carter, the agent specialized for my state. Very thorough and open conversation, lucid analysis and good advice, a bunch of alternatives. No extraneous emails or calls, no pressure of any kind. A few days later when I narrowed down my options, I was able again to get a phone appointment in the same day, when Carter was able to quickly get the coverage approved. I am confident that I'll always find there a clear advice and a solution (or more). Highly recommend. I must equally praise Moriah, likely the first one answering your call. She is kind and knowledgeable and will route your request optimally. Kind of refreshing being able to recommend an agency for assistance with Medicare/Medigap/Advantage. Cheers.
