My order was never delivered. and there is no way of contacting this company. they will not honor the job or give a refund. I would save your money and use a different company.
EDIT: after reading their response, can the company please explain how they have 10+ voicemails, and countless unanswered emails. they don't pick up their phone, they don't answer emails and there is no way to "access funds" currently discussing with a lawyer the best way to move forward with stolen money with no response except a half hearted attempt at a response to a 1 star review. you have my number and my email feel free to get in touch. if cancelling an order is against your policy can you also explain how i seemed to have cancelled my order.

This was a custom, made-to-order non-refundable purchase, and the customer canceled the order before production was completed. The cardholder then attempted a chargeback and it was promptly reversed in accordance with our policies.
Because the order was canceled early, nothing could be delivered, and per the agreed Terms & Conditions (accepted at checkout), custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

UPDATE: The owner response here is incorrect. They falsely advertise metal pins then hide behind some fine print to refuse a refund. Imagine how much undeserved money is trapped in their customers “accounts”? DO NOT TRUST!!
We paid top dollar for metal pins, found out they would have shipped plastic so we canceled the order immediately. There was no refund, then no response to multiple emails and phone calls go nowhere, no way to reach a human! They just take the money and ghost their customers, shameful.

Pretty good thieves
There's absolutely nothing I like about this company. They o ly "deliver" if you pay rush shipping...but even then...do they really deliver? They took my money...never delivered my product nor returned my $600. When you read reviews you see their reply of "let me tell me side"...it took them 6 MONTHS for me to hear from them and that was through the BBB!! They dont care about you...they just steal your money. They need to be held accountable.

The customer chose not to purchase a Rush Order. For all non-rush orders, our Terms & Conditions—accepted through a mandatory clickwrap agreement at checkout—state that all non-rush delivery dates are estimates. Non-rush orders are produced overseas, and transit times can vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, port congestion, and customs processing.
The customer placed a non-rush custom order in March. The order was completed and shipped on schedule, but the freight carrier experienced an unexpected delay during transit. As soon as we were notified, we informed the customer of the updated estimated delivery window. The revised date the carrier provided was later than the customer’s event deadline; however, that deadline was not communicated to us at the time of ordering. Event-specific deadlines cannot be guaranteed on non-rush overseas production—only Rush Orders provide guaranteed timelines, which the customer declined.
The order was ultimately delivered to the customer. After being informed of the carrier delay, the customer requested a refund. Under our Terms & Conditions, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, and these Terms were acknowledged during checkout. They sent the wrong version of the pins I ordered and were completely unresponsive. On top of that, the pins they sent were low quality. Do yourself a favor and purchase pins elsewhere. Update: No funds were returned. I will happily remove this review if you do.

This company is complete bogus! I have been trying for 2 months to get in contact with someone and the company refuses to reach out to me. I had to email from another email but as soon as I provided my order number, they ghosted me on that email too! I placed an order in July and paid for it. The company was taking too long to respond to emails and I needed these pins rushed due to the deadline I had. I sent them an email explaining my frustration due to their lack of response. They were not taking my calls and were responding to emails maybe once a day and sometimes once every other day. At the rate this company was moving, I wasn’t going to get my pins on time. After I sent them an email the company stated they were no longer able to assist me and offered to cancel the order. So I did. But they still charged me. I have been trying to get this money back, almost $700 and they won’t respond to me! I also understand the company has a no cancellation policy but the company themselves said “we can no longer assist you please let us know if you wish to cancel” so I did! Pins Fast breached their own policy by offering to cancel. I would really appreciate if your company did the right thing here and refunded me the money for pins I never received.

Ghosted us after payment - Scam Alert !
We were attracted to this company because they promised to get us pins in less than 3 weeks - Unfortunately, right after we placed the order and paid; they told us that they could not in fact deliver the pins they promised in the timeframe.
Over 7 emails, 10+ Calls to their phone and customer support requests have gone without any response ( Its now way over the time - still no refund or any order) Please use caution !

I simply wanted to thank the team at PinsFast for a job well done with my rush order of 1,000 pins and a separate order of 1,000 bags from Amazon provided at no cost. The pins were a big hit with our school principals yesterday and your service was pretty amazing considering the time restraints. I placed the order last Tuesday and bags and pins were at my home by Friday! I'd say that's a job well done!
I also would commend you on the quality of the pins themselves. At first glance, without an enamel surface (due to the rush nature of the job) I worried they wouldn't look polished enough for a tough crowd. My fears were addressed when I received them however, and although a thick enamel-glossy pin might have looked better overall, the material quality of the pins I ordered was excellent. I even had my dog try and bite into them without any luck.
I genuinely appreciate your hard work and support in making this small miracle happen despite the higher price due to the rush nature of the job. Suffice it to say I'm impressed!

Not pleased with Pins Fast at all. If you expect to hear from customer service, YOU WONT. We ordered soft enamel pins three weeks out from when we needed them and the final product doesn’t match the proof. Our team name was on a banner on the pin. In the proof, it shows the name flush on the banner. On the pins that arrived, the name is straight across and cuts over the top of the banner. The pins were ordered as soft enamel silver nickel plating, but arrived as plastic pins. If we wanted to order plastic pins, we could have done so from other companies that are much cheaper. We have reached out to Pins Fast to rectify this situation, and have not heard back. You can’t call and talk to anyone over the phone. Our World Series tournament is next week, and now we are up a creek without a paddle and have spent over $800 cheap plastic pins. This review will be edited or removed if I ever hear anything back and something is done to correct this.
We ordered pins last year for our baseball team and they were fantastic. Great quality, the pin revisions, and sales team were top notch. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Pins Fast.
