The customer service was great! However I paid over 115 for pedi/nails which turned out great but my nails..... They have no gloss. Also they are not white anymore. It's as if they used the wrong top coat! I got this done Saturday it's now Wednesday!

The main Lash tech/owner was very disrespectful have been coming for almost a year and this time I go into her calling me ugly and disrespecting me cause of acne when y’all aren’t even dermatologist, I will not be coming back and will be making sure all my friends that use her find a new place to go. Acne is not ugly especially when I only had tiny blackheads. everyone is beautiful what how you talk to people.

My friend and I had such an amazing experience at Pinky’s! Kelly did my nails and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was wonderful to talk to, so sweet, and she did an incredible job on my nails! She even started over on the design on one of my nails because she felt it wasn’t true to the picture and y’all have no idea how much I appreciate her doing that. Love Kelly and this nail salon we’ll definitely be going back!

Not a good service. Nails did not look good after he was done. After 5 days my new set of dip powder came all apart. He only dipped them twice which most of salons do it 3 time.

They did exactly what was asked for and took us in five minutes as a walk in at 6:00pm at night. They obviously build relationships with regulars and were very professional. They were gentle and their hand massages afterwards are the best. I will definitely be returning. They were very nice and didn’t create small talk which for an introvert was very nice. Overall great experience and i enjoy the options of care options and colors for polish that they offer.

I've been to Pinky's years before pre-covid and got the mini spa pedicure. It's still available now but may no longer include the scrub. Today, I had the most relaxing pedicures with Culle. I chose the passion fruit pedicure which was $40 and included the scrub, lotion and mask. He massaged my legs during all 3 parts so I felt so pampered! Well worth the money spent! Definitely recommend asking for Culle for the ultimate treatment!
