I just had the most incredible haircut experience with Maryam! I've never left a salon feeling so good about my hair until now. She truly listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt this amazing. I can't recommend Maryam enough—I'll definitely be back!

The staff at Pink Lime went above and beyond for me...I had stitches in my face that I couldn't get wet for a couple of weeks, and so I called around to see where I could get a hair wash, and decided to go with them, as they were so friendly and kind on the phone...They took such care and consideration and were very accommodating....it's no wonder that they have been around for 30+ years....I'm so thankful to them...
Always a great experience here. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and do amazing work. Hanif is an absolute legend and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I’ve been getting non-stop compliments thanks to his styling. It’s somehow giving classic & modern at the same time. Hanif answered all my questions with regards to styling the same look at home with my own products. Plus he’s so friendly, fun to talk to, and always offering me something to drink 😂.
I have been coming to the Pink Lime in Yale town for 25+ years. My favorite master stylist is Hanif. I am constantly told my hair is so beautiful and that's because of him. Zola was assisting today and did an amazing job. Such a wonderful atmosphere with stellar service. Highly recommend!

Sharon did an excellent job walking me through the process, giving me some ideas and options and making sure my hair remained healthy. I randomly booked this hair salon for a blowout. The stylist Elias did a great job so I re-booked with him for roots and color. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't been to a new colorist in a long time but needed a new one for Vancouver and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Elias. He is new to Canada and I am sure he will be hard to book in no time! My hair looks perfect.

The worst salon ever. I wish I could have rated as zero. I did GEL manicure and pedicure and it was a terrible experience. The nails didn't look professionally done at all, the polish was too tick and all peeled off after 12 days, with so much damage to my nails. The owner of the salon is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!

I recently discovered this salon through a friend and couldn't be happier. Mariam worked her magic on my hair, giving it a fresh new style that I absolutely love. I'm very particular about my hairstylist and had been loyal to my previous one for 15 years. Since moving to Canada three years ago, I've been searching for a good salon, and I'm thrilled to have finally found my new favorite stylist. I can't recommend Mariam enough. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Im giving 2.5 stars for a few reasons
what i enjoyed:
1. loved the hair wash, very relaxing. the cut was not bad but it was not what i asked for and the hair stylist didint seem confident with my thick / wavy hair.
2. location is convenient.
What I didint like
1. I was anxious as i dont cut my hair often and I expressed this to the haird dresser. I asked for my hair to stay about an inch or 2 past my shoulders and she cut it well above. For the price you pay, i expect more consultation and communcation. Be aware that the music was quite loud so it was hard to hear.
2. For 99 dollars, I left with my hair wet ( i get that thats another service nowadays) and it felt like I was just getting pushed out.
so overall it was a disapointing experience. I might go again but with a different hair stylist who has more experience with thicker hair. I take some responsiblity for not being assertive however I did say when booking that my hair might be a struggle so its on the establishement to ensure the hair dresser is aware of what is being booked for them.
