Tracy is an absolute professional. We could not have gotten our mortgage for our dream home without her. She made everything so straight forward and simple for us from start to finish. We got our mortgage in June and had keys to our house in July. She made sure we got the best possible offer from the bank and was so engaging along the way. We first reached out to Tracy last year to advise us on what we’d need to do in order to apply for mortgage approval. She spent lots of time on the phone with us talking us through what the banks will need to see and when we were ready we reached back out and she sent us all the information she needs to engage with the banks. She was so quick to respond to any questions and we had our mortgage approval within 2 weeks. I honestly believe we would not have gotten our home without all of Tracy’s efforts and we will be forever grateful to her for making it such a positive experience.

I worked with Tracy during the last few months while waiting for my house to be built. She was very helpful, always prompt and precise on responding my questions. We had to change the capital 2 weeks prior to the drawdown and the mortgage provider was a bit strict on different documentation, all have been easily mitigated with Tracy’s help and guidance on the matters. Even after drawdown, she has called me the other day saying the interest rates are going down and she talked to the provider to help me out on the matter instead of going for the full term with the high rate as it was only a few days before the rate deduction.

I have recently switched my mortgage, Tracy is very good and knowledgeable mortgage advisor. Very quick response from her and gave us further steps ahead. So it was very easy on our side to plan ahead. Excellent service and wholeheartedly recommended.

So myself and my partner just recently went through the mortgage process and it’s like a minefield trying to figure out everything.. my partner first went with the idea of one of the big brokers which was certainly a mistake because trying to get a response off anyone from the company in question is anywhere from 2 days to 6 7 days. I got Tracy’s name from Piccadilly mortgages from a fella I work with. he used Tracy and to be honest it was the best decision we ever made. Going through this process for the first time is stressful. You have so many questions and insecurities at the same time. Tracy answered each and everyone of our questions not just promptly but with a reassuring voice. Made us feel so at ease with each stage we reached. Can’t thank her enough.
