I have different experience with PianoCraft so it may be worhty to share here and help someone need honest opinion.
I have a two and half years old KAWAI baby grand acoustic piano, and hired PianoCraft to tune it in early March this year. On March 15, my kids' piano teacher told me that a handful of keys sound no good. I contacted PianoCraft and was told it is not their issue. They can come to fix it with minimum 165 dollars. On March 20th, PianoCraft owner called me and we had a coversation went to south quickly. I just asked couple of questions and tried to say what happened. Mr. Tirrell interrupted me, called me lunatic and told me my piano, a cheap piano, is the reason it has the issue.
I know my knowledge of piano is limited, and my piano, KAWAI GL10 costed me 15 grand, is for my kids learning, not a high end piano. But calling your customer lunatic and his piano cheap are not acceptable to me. I will not use PianoCraft's service again.
Update on 07/09/2025:
PianoCraft owner, Keith, contacted me, apologized and sent his best technician to address the issue. Now my piano sounds accurate and beautify. I really appreciated this!
