Aceso Physiotherapy Clinic is the answer to all your body pain issue problems. I was having a severe back pain and used to get up every night around 3-4 pm. was looking for a sports based physio as had it band injury , consulted them and took twice their 10 day plan to recover and strengthen. Dr Shivani and Dr Jay both were good and focused a lot on strengthening the muscles back with focus on patient. they helped with my warm up and cool down routine. i would suggest them to note patient’s journal as after few days it’s difficult to recall everything. baaki i would recommend anyone having sports injury to consult them.
