After 5 on a Saturday, husband away and springs on my garage door were broken. Finding Phx Garage doors on Google and with the assurance of 24 hour service, I called. The owner of the company, James Langam answered the phone and said he would be out in 30 minutes. He was here, explained everything that needed to be done, gave me a solid (not inflated) price and had the door operational and sounding better than it has ever sounded since moving in 8 years ago. 💯 % recommend this company and James.

I had a garage door spring break on Easter and had 2 cars stuck in the garage. I called and spoke with James and he came out in about 45 minutes. Was professional and accessed the situation. Quoted me the same price as he did on the phone after a few questions. Made the repairs in a professional and timely manner. I even had him replace the rollers. My garage doors have never been quieter or operated more smoothly. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely call and refer AZ Garage Door Guru in the future.

Arrived somewhat on-time but I feel like I got ripped off. My garage was able to go up and down on the tracks but the guy replaced the rollers but not all of them which ended up screwing up the cables.
I call BS. Show the invoice as all my jobs, have invoices of the work preformed. Fake MF review.
