I got my phone replaced in the mall, my phone now shuts down randomly, overheats quickly, damaged battery, and sometimes it won’t let me touch my screen. Cool job on replacing the screen but y’all fd my phone up😂😂

This seems very strange.
Replacing a screen does not cause the issues that you are explaining in your review.
A damaged battery will cause those things but we don't touch your battery so what you are saying doesn't make sense.
Any issue with your screen we will sort no problem but any other issue you are having with your phone is nothing that we have done so your review is unfair and inaccurate

He cleaned the battery port and it's fixed.
He did not charge for the service
I offered to buy them lunch but he declined

160 to barely repair my 8 year old phone screen. useless cheap screen protecters and now there black spots all over my screen. dont take your phone here their quality is horrible.

Enquired the price and bought a screen protector from here. Heard the staff member say $15 and I repeated it back to them and they said yes but then charged me $50 and said that was what they said in the first place. The protector wasn't placed on screen properly either. Nice enough staff, maybe just a bit of miscommunication between us.

I called in the morning to see if they had a screen to fit my phone model. They were the only repair store to have one in stock. By the afternoon it was fixed. Mitch was super friendly and helpful, he even gave me great coffee and tourist advice 🙏🙂 thanks for saving the day, with more than just my phone!

Friendly and speedy service on a full screen repair for an iPhone 8 Plus - got it back within half a day and they even checked it for me when I was having issues with it when I picked it up. Decent price too! I also got a screen protector put on and it’s perfectly aligned with no air bubbles (way better than I could do myself).

Normally, i wouldn't comment. New screen saver came off after only two weeks,
because i lost it and couldn't return it, they refused to replace it. Never had a screen saver come off a phone before. Hope they enjoy the $50 rip off for an inferior product or otherwise bad workmanship on their part. Totally un impressed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

As explained when you came Into the store. We were more than happy to warrant your screen protector. We just needed the physical product to warrant it. You can't walk into any store and expect warranty on anything without taking the original product back.
We also offered a new protector for you at cost price so we were beyond fair.
