After 7 years with Anthony Campo just left me hanging with the water system he installed. He did not tell the new person about my system. All last winter my grass was being watered like it was summer. He set my system so that he could take control of the watering. When he up an left I was not given the password too stop the watering. He caused me alot of money to get a new system. They only have two PO Boxes in a ups building.
His father would not be proud of Anthony.
I have been a customer and the owner preached how they are different than other landscape companies and they will change our perception of landscaping companies non responsiveness. NOT!! They are the same. They start off good then completely go non responsive as the rest have done. All I want is some more work done. Tree trimming and more landscaping in the front yard and I can't even get a quote or any response of any kind from them. Waiting to see if they show up for service.......

We hired Phoenix Pro Landscaping for sprinkler system work at two properties, and initially things seemed fine. Unfortunately, the owner has gone completely unresponsive despite repeated calls, texts, and voicemails — and he still has the key to our sprinkler box. This has left us unable to water our plants, which are now dying. Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after referring others to this business. Would not recommend based on our experience. Also address on website takes you to a random parking lot in Gilbert.
I am in awe of the level of expertise. They came in and explained everything that they were going to do and how to maintain the yard and what they’ll be doing to maintain it. Afterwards, they went into action and turned our mediocre yard into something that I can enjoy looking at. We are so impressed with the level of quality of work and it’s obvious they take pride in every yard that they do! Thank you Brian, Jason, and Oscar, at Phoenix Pro Landscaping for the phenomenal work! You guys are rockstars!!!
Brian, Jason, and Oscar have been helping us with our plants and yard for a few projects. They’re amazing! Whether fixing drip system leaks or maintaining our plants and trees, they take time to walk me through what they’re doing and answers any questions I have. Phoenix Pro Landscaping is the way to go!

I booked this landscape company, and they showed up the very next day. They did an amazing job! Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first because of all the 5-star reviews — but now I completely understand why. Their work exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say they deserve every bit of that perfect rating. Highly recommend!
Brian came out with his team and did a fantastic initial cleanup. They were on time and focused less on how much money could be made and much more on what would make me their customer today and in the future. Having lived in Gilbert for quite a while, I can say you do not get many home services provider that checks all the boxes. Brian and this business does for me. I will use them as long as they are available for all yard needs including sprinkler repair needs as he made it clear they want to be a one stop shop for all your yard’s needs. Our yard needed a lot of work, and Phoenix Pro took care of it quickly leaving it looking better than I thought possible after only one session. Brian was hugely helpful and walked me through each step of the process, including a post-work tour to make sure everything was what we’d discussed. Reasonably priced and incredibly professional - I highly recommend them!

We needed some serious yard work done as our yard looked like a jungle. After comparing companies we went with Phoenix Pro. I am so happy we did. We have had two other landscape companies, but each of them would listen to what I requested, but never did the job correctly. Anthony from Phoenix Pro Landscaping during the initial walk-through and estimate spent almost an hour walking the property, making suggestions for plans and irrigation and listened to what I requested. When Brian and his crew came out, Brian also spent quite a bit of time walking through before they even started the maintenance to make sure that what I requested was actually done. I can't believe how much time they spend with that first visit just grooming, clipping and checking the irrigation to make sure all the drip lines were working. When they were finished, Brian and I once again walk-through the property to make sure the maintenance was done as I requested, and the cleanup left no debris behind. I've been very impressed with the work, the crew, the service, and the quality of this company. Looking forward to this continuous expert service.

Manny did a wonderful job pruning our evergreens this morning considering they haven't been trimmed for close to a year. He was conscious and didn't have a problem when I asked that he trimmed the trunk feeders. Communication with Anthony regarding scheduling could have been better but the job got done.

I have used Phoenix Pro Landscaping for 3 months now and the yard looks fresh and new every time. I only wish they could keep the wind from making a mess of things the next day. Seriously, though, Brian and his team are very friendly and efficient. When I asked about some browning plants, they immediately took care of it at no extra cost and talked to me about needing to make potential adjustments to my irrigation control system.
