No nurse in the clinic due to maternity leave and doctors are NOT giving vaccinations,waiting for a new nurse to start resulting in my baby having his first vaccine 3 months instead of 2. Absolutely disgraceful, if doctors cannot do a vaccine how can we trust them ? JOKE
This clinic is an absolute joke! Rude doctors, not helpful and prejudiced towards non-Irish patients. 0 stars would be to much.

I have been trying to get an appointment at Phoenix Medical. They never answer the phone! Tried of trying. I will find another Clinic
While the two doctors are wonderful to get to see them is virtually impossible.
The phone is rarely answered & it seems as though the opening times vary and are never in accordance with any information provided.
The administrations staff all bar one try their best to put you off seeing the doctors & when I recently asked them to fill in an urgent form for a medical card they lost the form then found it strewn under unorganized paperwork!! After nearly two weeks of having it they had not passed it to the doctor to sign even!!! I changed doctors & I would NEVER recommend this surgery unless you like to be kept waiting & rudely treated & over charged!
