Sloppy and careless
At first I was pretty impressed with the very fast response using WhatsApp messaging service. The collection of all the rubble was also very fast. This is where they have let themselves down. The driver seemed to be in such a rush that he didn’t bother to put anything under the stabiliser arm and punched a hole through the public path outside my neighbours house. I was also told that they would take 16tons away with them which they didn’t. My partner asked the drive how much he had taken and he replied with 15tons. When she asked him if he was going to take any more he simply said no because there is mud. The garden was left in a total mess with large gouges out of the ground and rubble left all over the place. I’ve been promised a few time now for over a week that they would come and sort the damage to the floor and collect the left rubble which hasn’t happened. Now I’m just being totally ignored.
James turned up promptly at my home as agreed. He was very polite and professional. However with a bit of a frown on his face he duly informed me that all of the bin bags that I had piled on top of the rest of my garden waste, would need to be emptied out onto the pile and the plastic removed before he could take it away. And there were a lot! Which was fine! Rules are rules. He began removing from the front of the pile while I and my next door neighbour proceeded to empty out the black bags. It was a quick, efficient and most importantly, cost effective removal and I will happily be using their services again on my pending house clearance!
